Daisy girl was rude, went to sell my lv authentic bag which was in pretty good condition. She didn’t even much look at it and said “I can’t take this” didn’t even give me a valid reason. Drove 39 minutes here for no reason. Ended up selling it to another pawn shop down the street. No thank you to this place.

The staff at the store were disrespectful to me when I go in to pick up my son item 11/13/2023. The gentleman I was transacting business with called Me a guy while he was talking to my son. That was disrespectful to me atleast calling me a gentleman would have been appropriate. Very poor customer service. ??

They don’t do pawns and loans on AP Watches or Pateck Phillipe Watches because they said they don’t have the tools for them. But they have the tools to authenticate regular Rolex’s. ?? thank you for your honesty ??

Been dealing with these guys since 2019. They’re probably the best pawn in the area for sure. Even after moving I’m still coming to this location when I need it because of the men and women in there. Most have been there for years

Nice employees. That's where it ends. If you have fine jewelry, this is not the place to take it for a loan or to sell. They are not jewelers and really don't have the expertise. They are extremely nice and try to explain what they are doing. Needless to say the next place I went to had a real jeweler on hand. He said the opposite of what they said and not only gave me what I needed, they offered to buy it at an incredible price. I didn't sell it, but I knew what I had. They do have some nice looking items for sale, but I don't know if you're getting real stuff, I can't say.

Looks closed. Can't find it. The area has been redone. GameStop doesn't have a sign. Was looking for WESTHEIMER pawn. I think they're gone.
