This place is a nightmare if I could give a 0 star I would! Took my car for a quote because someone ran into paying out of pocket and they gave me quote didn't fix my car properly now wanting me to pay way more than I can afford giving me the run around. I just want my car and to be done with this place. Trying to take advantage because I am a female is not cool!

Al and the team at Westpoint Collision Center, behind Westpoint Lincoln, did an excellent job repairing my GMC SUV. The damage was repaired correctly, and paint matched perfectly. It now looks exactly like the day I bought it…….…one year ago.

The first adjuster that was supposed to take care of my vehicle didn't do anything to help. Moe was great he's the one that took care of me and made sure that repairs were done In a timely manner. After he took over for the other adjuster everything went smooth.

I have been extremely pleased with the service I received at West Point Collision Center. They identified and resolved my problem as quickly as possible. My car is better now than it was when I bought it.

My car has been in the shop over a month and still isn't ready. I have spoken to Moe for the last 3 weeks and everytime it's your car will be ready in two weeks. Over a month as passed and my car is still not ready. I requested they pay for a rental since they do not have a loaner and it past the date that they stated my vehicle will be ready. Had I known this I would have chosen a different shop. I had such a great experience when Veronica was there a few years ago. Update as of 1025/3022. I spoke to Randy(manager) and received a better understanding of what's going on. He apologized for the delay and will compensate for it.

I came in for a tire repair under the presumption that it would be free since the car getting repaired was a of lease of the dealership. I was wrong, it' was $25 and took 3 hours. huge waste of time and money. Should've just gone to Discount tire, they'll repair it for free and only take an hour.

I am shocked that this is a top Lincoln dealership and amazed that they have positive reviews after our experiences. We ended up buying a car with Westpoint since they had what we needed but we have shopped them twice and have never had a good experience as a customer or potential customer. As for the sales process itself, we were repeatedly given incorrect information about the car like being told it had a CD player when it did not, that the only dealer add on charge was $399 security aftermarket but they actually charge nearly $2,000. I guess they think they can "sell" you on the value of "nanocare" so you don't feel forced into it. Of course, they also tell you that the "nanocare" has already been added to the car so they must charge you for it. I understand this is commonplace since Covid but I think nearly $2,000 for "nanocare" and "security" aftermarket additions is ridiculous and it is extremely frustrating to get forced into these additions due to car shortages. There's little I hate more than liars and sales people that are not transparent so the fact that they refused to provide the warranty and repair history on the car is extremely suspect. Cars aren't protected by HIPPA and I have always received it in the past with personal information removed. There were numerous things missing from the car despite the fact that I gave them 9 hours on Monday to get everything ready. They're not selling cars so I'm not sure what else they had to do that day. The owner's manual was not included and it wasn't mentioned until we had already signed the paperwork. The owner's manual is car specific and includes things like the keyless entry code so a random online replacement doesn't cut it. Same with the key fob--they were missing the second key and didn't tell us until we signed the paperwork. It took days and multiple follow ups for us to get someone to recreate the second key fob after we were told they would come to us the next day. If they had gathered things at 9 AM when I told them we were coming around 6 PM, they could have taken care of both of these items--it's just a lack of customer service which should be impeccable when purchasing a luxury vehicle. They also didn't go over any of the features on the car--such as where to put the key fob if the battery were to die--prior to us taking the car. The sales associate just wanted to get out of there and I guess for him, the money was in the bank already. On Saturday evening, we started going over the financing--I was told that the best rate they could do was 5.84%. I ran it myself and had a much, much lower rate from my own bank that they do business with in just minutes and they were still open. She re-ran it through that bank and told me the discount for having an account with them was included but it was not. I had to call and do all of the financing myself and then they still didn't have it synced up when we arrived to sign the final paperwork. It may have "only" been an additional .2% but the fact is that they aren't working to obtain the best rates for their customers and more frustratingly, they lied about it. We left that evening and I took care of everything myself on Monday morning. I sent everything over to them so they would have it ready to go Monday evening but none of it was ready when we arrived to purchase the car Monday evening. They also asked me to sign blank forms like a "Statement of Facts" so they could fill in the blank on my behalf. They couldn't even get my name spelled correctly on the paperwork so I can't believe that other customers allow them to fill in the blanks on something with their signature and I can't even believe that is legal. Be better, Westpoint.

Mr. Shannon greeted me before I entered the door, and I immediately felt comfortable! He is soooo kind! He introduced me to Ronald, the Salesman. Ronald is the perfect salesman! He is very meticulous and listens intensively. He matched my preferences with his recommendations and shared the specific details of the vehicle. He patiently toured several cars with me and allowed me to drive them around. During the drive, he highlighted the features and answered my questions. I am very inquisitive! Mr. Dax explained the dealership's process and warranties, and assured me of Lincoln's commitment to customers. Beautiful experience! I highly recommend Ronald to anyone searching for a Lincoln!

The service department is absolutely horrible. Once I spoke to the Service Manager, Steve, I understood why his employees were so aggressively rude, as he was not much different, defending their poor behavior and questioning mine.. Nothing about this experience was helpful in any way. The entire department needs a customer service training course at minimum. If your customer service sucks this bad, I'll never know if the work is good or not because I will not be entertaining the beyond terrible treatment upon initial contact. I expect higher quality service all around from a brand like Lincoln. What a shame they don't have the first clue as to how to treat customers or potential customers for that matter. Called the Ford dealership and, oddly enough, am much happier with the experience I received there!

Great service, timely and professional. Been a West Point customer for decades and can compare them to Toyota, BMW, Audi and others. None have ever matched the service at West Point. Thanks, again.
