I highly recommend this dealership and Dewayne. My 19 year old son, saved his money, got his own financing to purchase his first car. He researched cars, reviewed each car and my husband went to review the car and then after work we went but my kid completed all the paperwork himself. Dewayne and the gentleman spoke to my son about every detail of what he is signing. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone including first time financers. This was one of the best experiences ever with a dealership.

My advisor, Josh, was amazing from the moment he answered the phone until I drove off the service drive. He explained everything in detail, so I knew exactly what was happening with my vehicle during the visit. He was professional, informative, and went above and beyond to take care of my vehicle. The MPI was awesome, as it allowed me to get an in-depth look from the technician's point of view. This visit makes this my preferred dealership. Thank you, Josh!

Jerry is the man. Got me checked in and into a loaner in a matter on minutes when I was in a time crunch! Keep me posted and resolved all the issues. Warranty covered all except an alignment that I added after recently replacing tires. They have my business caring for wife’s 2021 QX 50.

We had been looking at buying a new Infiniti from a different dealership and came across a very good price on the West Houston Infiniti website. Scared it was a bait and switch or an old listing, we were pleasantly surprised when they had the exact car, as advertised, and even beat the deal shown on their website. We had other dealerships that kept trying to renegotiate a deal with us, but West Houston Infiniti gave us a great price from the start, no gimmicks, no bait and switch, no surprises. Great customer service from Daniel, start to finish! They emailed us the drive our price before we ever stepped foot in the dealership! Great group to do business with!

Honestly, my wife and I usually dread having to go to car dealerships and going through the whole haggling and negotiation process. This dealership was the exact opposite. Our salesman Daniel and the manager were completely straight forward and honest with us from the beginning. They gave us what we needed for our trade-in and we made the deal right after. The finance department was also super nice and professional. Probably the best experience we have ever had at a car dealership. 10/10 recommend.

My wife and I had a fabulous experience with West Houston Infiniti for a new QX60! We worked with Daniel Saucedo and Alex Orellana and they were fantastic from start to finish. That threw me off as I’m used to dealing with all the back and forth trying to get a good deal. We were given an extremely aggressive sales price, worked with us on the options/adders that we wanted and didn’t even have to haggle on pricing for anything! Had a firm proposal in my hands within an hour of communication and going back and forth with what we wanted. Was hands down the best deal after checking with multiple dealerships in southeast Texas. We had our old car valued elsewhere prior to making the deal with WHI and they matched the other offer in which we decided to use as trade-in for the new vehicle to save on the tax amount. After an inspection of our old vehicle, they agreed on the trade-in amount but the vehicle was as described and in good working order when we brought it in for trade-in. We were only at the dealership a short time buttoning up the paperwork and we were well on our way. West Houston Infiniti has made a new customer for life (as long as we get to keep having experiences like this one). Thank you Daniel and Alex for the awesome experience!
