Unfortunately if I could give zero stars I would. I purchased the membership because it’s close to my son’s school so he can play basketball with his friends. Well he got kicked out of the gym last Thursday from 5-6 pm because the gym is closed for league practice. When I asked the director what other days is the gym closed she stated M-W and I replied yesterday was Thursday! So I asked again and she said it’s on the flyer. It’s not and oh they are also closed on Saturday from 8-1 for League Games. I replied I paid for a membership and the director stated “That’s the way we run our program.” And I stated he better be able to play after six during the week and after 1 on Saturday! She asked me did I have the YMCA app and I stated that’s irrelevant because when I googled this location’s hours the website said they were open on Sunday but it is not. I also agree with previous post they do not answer the phone and the one time they did the young man who answered kept placing me on hold to ask someone else for the answer to my questions.

The WD Ley YMCA is a great place to workout, socialize and fellowship with likeminded individuals. The atmosphere is unlimited and the classes are awesome.

The Child care staff is phenomenal. My child has been attending their program for two years. He truly enjoys it environment is warm and welcoming. They make you feel like family.❤️

This pool is very nice, they have great staff and is also very clean. However, you need a membership to get inside the pool. I used to have a membership but don't anymore and they have raised the price to buy the membership from $90.99 to $99.99 per month. I don't have any recent pictures of the pool or inside. Very nice overall

I just joined the facility. I enjoy the staff and the members. I haven't had any problems. I am a morning person. I enjoy the morning workouts. It is in the neighborhood.

I visited this gym several times while visiting family in Houston. Amy and Susana were very helpful since day 1. The gym has a great community where it's evident they all know each other, and they all made me feel welcome and comfortable. I cannot wait to visit my family and make this Y my workout place again. The women's locker area looks like it has been remodeled recently and includes a sauna. 100% recommend!
