No one willing to work. Very bad service all across Wells Fargo Banks now. No comparison to the service I receive from other 2 Banks I have my accounts with. Service level at all branches I am visiting is dropped to the lowest.

A few days ago I had my appointment with this bank to open an account in the USA for the first time. I had an excellent experience in all aspects: I felt comfortable at the reception, they helped me quickly and they explained to me what the entire process would be like. It is a great bank to start with a checking account.

The slowest Wells Fargo I’ve been too. I understand every situation takes time when you’re at the window. But if each clients are taking over 20 minutes per visit. It definitely has to do with the teller being slow or not experienced. When it was my turn at the window, it’s definitely the teller. He kept asking me questions where I already answered him before inserting my debit card.

The worse experience ever I had.Just walked in at 4:30 p.m., and they said they don't have a banker because they are short-handed.One of those tellers was so rude, too.I got off early to go to the bank and solve my problem but became to know that they have bigger problems. NO BANKER AT BANK. Isn't it funny.They pay more and hire more people.I'm going to open an account to some other bank with whom they have enough banker.

This branch is causing me extensive headaches and issues. During the week I have 4 business cash deposits that I have to prepare to deposit Saturday morning. On 3 instances now, on Saturday morning the employees have told me that one of my deposits was short, this week being $50 short. So I have to go home, recount it, and bring it back Monday. I just recounted the money and sure enough, it was correct amount. How they came up with $50 short is CONCERNING when I asked them to count it a second time. Now that have driven home, re-counted, confirmed it’s the correct amount, waited all weekend until Monday…. I have to go back to the bank, have them count it again, and this time I think I’m going to finally say something. This is not only wasting an extensive amount of my time (it takes minimum an hour sitting in the line), but this is causing me to fall behind on work and miss deadlines, because the bankers don’t know how to count money? This is a bank. My job is to make sure I am depositing the correct amount. Their job is to confirm it is the correct amount. If I have the correct amount and they are getting a different amount, only for me to confirm it was the correct amount, they are not capable of doing their job!!! Also, it shouldn’t take an hour and a half to count 4 business deposits, when it takes me 20 minutes. And the fact that this has happened 3 different times at this same branch, means they either need to be re-trained on how to count money, or they are telling me it’s in-correct to waste my time and fool around with me. Because this is just crazy, and SO beyond unprofessional having a bank incorrectly count money on numerous occasions. Oh and to add-the last time this happened, I came home with bills that weren’t even mine! They said I was over $8, which I knew couldn’t be correct. I got home and realized they sent me home with someone else’s money! Thanks for the $8, but I’d much rather have my businesses money counted correctly and not get mixed up with other people’s. This is becoming exhausting.
