Worst location for Wells Fargo, both bank tellers did not want to help me at all with a check endorsement, I called Wells Fargo main number and said if the check is under 2500 they can do it at my nearest location, they did not want to help me at all and were extremely rude about it.

Don’t waste your time at this location, they have staffing issues, they don’t have common sense at all, I waited 30 minutes, they told me I will wait 20-30, then at the 30 minutes someone showed up with an appointment and after 30 minutes they told me, could take an hour more, notarizing my document will take max 5 minutes, very rude, can’t even run an appointment list, next time just say a feeling hour and the customer will go to other place.

Mrs. Eva Castillos, who claims to be the manager of this headquarters, manifests an increasingly complicated protocol to serve users. Today, in a completely insensible manner, she flatly denied me the right to use a bank service, alleging that she did not have personnel who could help me. attend and that she was very busy even when the bank was completely empty, she made me very upset by telling me that she was very busy and that she could not attend to me personally.

This branch is understaffed. Seems like other people have a already complained about this but WF hasn’t done anything about it. Avoid this branch or take your business elsewhere.

Came in trying to ask about getting a credit card. The bank tells me they take the last customer at 1630. It's only 1642. They stay open until 1700.
I'll be changing banks here soon.
How am I supposed to go talk to my bank when I normally get off at 1700, and the only thing open is being able to deposit and withdraw money. No help otherwise.
Good job wells fargo ive been with yall since 2008. When I went into the military.

Customer service at this branch is a joke!! I came in at 2:30 on a Monday only to see a line with at least 4 people ahead of me. Employees walking around looking at the line Then one person came out and said we’re trying to find someone to help y’all. Ugh! This is the third time this has happened. Hire someone Wells Fargo!!!!
