Great customer service experience on Friday Aug. 11.I live in Ohio, where there are no brick-and-mortar WF banks, so I take care of serious banking matters when I visit my family in Houston. On Friday, I went to the WF bank near San Felipe and Voss and was fortunate to have Indenishia as my teller. I thought I'd have to wait for a banker, but as there was no one else in line, she said she could help me. And that she did. She was friendly and she knew her stuff. I was out of there in about five minutes.Customer service seems to be a dying art in this country, so I wanted to tell Indenishia (and her supervisors) how pleased I was with her service. Thanks again!!

Ana is an invaluable asset to WF Bank. She displayed the highest level of courtesy, politeness, decorum and professionalism in my brief interaction with her. She is also welcoming, a keen listener and highly knowledgeable in her field of expertise. This branch has great customer service unlike the one on Mason rd.Everyone was very helpful.Xaviar was assisting me and my mum with account opening process and was very diligent.He is great,Wells Fargo should appreciate such a great employee!Thank you!

Worst Customer serviceI asked a lady about a problem of my bank account and she said “I don’t know” after I went back home I called WellsFargo Customer Service Phone Call they helped me than in bank person don’t go to the bank they are very unprofessional

Absolutely horrible. I waited 45 minutes before i got tired and walked out. The teller told me to go sit down and wait. After that there was no indication on how long or when will i be seen. Either this branch needs to hire more people or just shut it down.

Walked in today to open an account. It was our first time trying Wells Fargo. They told us they were all booked up for appointments as they headed out the door an hour early. It was a clear sign we were no longer interested.

Just left this Wells Fargo for the second time today great customer service much better than the one in Hedwig Village this place got a bunch of bad ratings to but I noticed that they were dated pretty far back. Got both of my checks cashed with the same identification is the last bank with absolutely no problems no questions no qualms and this teller was definitely not rude like the last one
