The Branch Manager Msr. Andrade didn't want to cash me a check she say that the bank dosen't have 13 thousand to cash a check. WELLS FARGO DOSEN'T HAVE MONEY TO PAY THEIR OWN CHECKS.

This location has changed in a positive way. First of all, they made visible improvements inside the branch, and it looks great. Additionally, they have the most experienced business advisor. Ani takes great care of business owners. If other branches cannot solve my issues, I know Ani can. Furthermore, the overall atmosphere is much more professional and inviting. It's clear that the management is dedicated to providing top-notch service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

I was immediately greeted by a bank representative, and he helped me with my ATM transaction, which located inside the branch... the representative was very courteous, knowledgeable about the ATM banking process, and guided me thru the whole transaction. My experience at this bank was excellent >> deserves a 5-star rating

I didn't have issues finding this Wells Fargo Bank. It's just right across from Memorial City Mall and next to Memorial Hermann Medical building. There were plenty of parking. I just had one problem at the ATM. There should be a sign to say it doesn't take deposits. The other machines worked fine.

Yeap. I found this Wells Fargo Bank by this frustrated Asian man. I told Google to give me Wells Fargo and it took me to see the advisor around the corner. Then, I pulled out Yelp app. So, here I am. It's Sunday on Christmas Eve. Of course, I didn't come into the branch. I used the ATM outside. Parking is plenty. I noticed signs warn medical center visitors as their cars will be towed for business next door. Wow. Okay. Only issue I had was one of the two ATMs couldn't let me deposit. I had to wait for the other one opened up. I didn't mind waiting anyway. Got lots of photos of this pretty place. I would come back for more because the shopping district puts out lots of Christmas lights alongside the Gessner Road.

25+ year Customer and i just CLOSED my account. It is a huge shame as i was a devoted customer of Wells Fargo. I had a couple home mortgages throughout this period and even kept a fairly large balance. Banks can only function with customer deposits....but i was one long-term customer they treated poorly. I must say, that Chris Nagle is wonderful!! He completely understands the issue and i commend him for his focus on customer service!! But the management above him, the VP, is complacent and not willing to go above and beyond for long-term loyal customers. It's so interesting to see over this period the value of brick and mortar banking evolve. I was a traditional customer and wanted a "local" bank to meet my needs. But i can now see that your typical retail bank will change and this type of banking will likely disappear. For those that want to place a CD at Wells Fargo, BEWARE. They are NOT flexible at all when it comes to notification to NOT renew. Their policy requires a BANK VISIT to NOT RENEW a CD. This seems ridiculous in a world of computers!! and you are allowed to create a CD account online....but you CANNOT terminate it ONLINE. I will warn future customers. The fine print says a CALL to your banker or even the generic 1,800 line can be sufficient....but it isn't. And this is where the discrepancy between what a Wells Fargo local bank is told and what Corporate is doing. Wells Fargo renewed my CD at a rate well below market. so basically they were stealing from a long term customer. and would not release my funds unless i paid a penalty fee. they supposedly elevated this to some sort of executive committee who was supposed to contact me. NOBODY contacted me….i even tried to give them a chance and called them and was told that someone would call. but nothing.

Tellers service very poor. Manager is even worse.I asked for one box of pennies and apparently all they can spare is 10 rolls. What a joke. What a bank. Well done guys. Keep it going, you guys have potential of summing 1 star for this location!

Employee came out to the parking lot while i was waiting on someone and told me to move my car since the lot was full when in reality there was a lot of parking spots available, never coming to this location again.

Can't deposit cash in mom and dad's acct...same last name acct number and routing number...have done it before..needless to say my folks are changing banks

This Wells Fargo Bank has always been welcoming. Their staff has been always courteous and helpful. Busy times that I have been there seems to be noon time and after 3 pm.If you need to buy foreign money for business trip or vacation, you need to come into the bank and order them 2-3 days ahead. Banks no longer hold onto foreign currency.Domestic wires take about 3-5 hours if you do it in the morning or the next day if you send it in the afternoon. International wires take 2-3 weeks.There are ATMs in front of the bank and inside the bank.It has a decent amount of parking space. This bank has all that you need. It’s a good bank.
