Too long 20 minutes to cash a check or deposit both outside and inside.

Worst experience ever. They don’t use common sense there. When I asked the manager for her card. She refused. They need to hire better managers

I always get the best experience when I visit the branch. Nicole Hayes always eager ed to assist and educate me on different options in the mobile application. She's definitely one of the best parts of Wells Fargo Bank!

The worst bank ever. Go with time and patience. Only one person attending. The line of more than 10 people and arriving.

Thank God I don't bank with these derelicts. Unfortunately I have to come here because I have to deposit a check into some poor soul who does bank here. It's currently Saturday and this is open until noon. Once a month I come here to waste time. Let me explain the process. I arrive. I see a long line. I see the building is clearly understaffed and I say "that's right, I'm at Wells Fargo." so rather than stand in line bored I decided I'd use my time more wisely and just leave a one star review. 1 star is still too much. Sadly yelp doesn't allow negative numbers nor an infinite sign. So 1 star is far more than this company deserves. The crazy thing is this is a known problem. Look at the reviews. What's going to happen? I'll get a response "I'm sorry you feel this way. I'd like to hear more from you." What else is there to say? This isn't rocket science. You don't need to hear from me. Want to know more? Read the review again. Anyway if you're considering banking here show up on a Saturday and you'll reconsider. I've never had this problem with any other bank. Just Wells Fargo. It's. No surprise the logo is a horse drawn wagon. It feels like I'm in the 19th century here and they're sending out messages via pony express.

Terrible place, I do not recommend it to get new cards since they ask for very strict requirements that are not like that in other banks.

One teller. No ATM. A line full of people waiting left waiting but there are a slew of managers just sitting in their offices. Never again.

This is simply the worst customer service experience that anybody could ever have!!!! I've been in line 20 minutes, huge line, and they have served 2 people... one of the tellers (out of 2) has to be constantly jumping to help the other one, because one speaks spanish, and need to help the other... open more lines! It is extremely disrespectful to people's time to come to do a commercial deposit and spend 30 minutes there. Then once i walked to the window, the customer that had just left the window returned to ask for his balance, and the teller set me aside, to do that when he can wait, that was not a priority, he could see his balance online or call the bank. So she asked him for his ID, he took forever, so when the other slow teller finally finished, i simply slide to the other window, because i guess my transaction was not important. I used to work in BOA, and this was never allowed, we were required undivided attention to our customers and try to make their experience as pleasant as possible. "Update". I went in there at 9:30, came out at 9:57 to do 2 check simple commercial deposits. Some of us have some physical disabilities, and standing in line for 30 minutes is not easy. But unfortunately the company i work for banks with them.
