They never looked when the call button was pressed. Then after 15 minutes I went inside to wait another 15 mins. Really for the amount of traffic they need at least 2 more tellers

I will give them 0 start the lady at the windows need to be change they don’t do their job I will get my money out and get myself a new bank. Worst location in houston.

THE MOST UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE THAT HAS EVER HAPPENED TO ME. I HAVE BEEN SAVING MY MONEY FOR 10 YEARS AND THEY HAVE NOT LET ME ENTER THE BATHROOM. A VERY RUDE LADY SENT ME TO GO ELSEWHERE TO THE BATHROOM. HORRIBLE THIS PLACE
