very slow ATM, the lines are very long and to make matters worse sometimes when you withdraw money the ATM freezes, once it was late for so long that I was angry and I went and left the card in the ATM because it was so slow ? (it takes too long to read the card )

I have been a customer of this location since 2015 and on each visit the treatment has been incredible since I walked through the door. I have been through many bankers but particularly Mr. Angel Carlin has been my trusted banker, always giving me answers to all my questions, every time I needed his help for my personal and business accounts and my children's accounts, he has been there. giving me the help I need. THANK YOU A THOUSAND ANGEL, your professionalism, your excellent treatment, your cordiality and your desire for me to always resolve my issues make me return to that location. It seems unfair to me that only a 5-star rating can be given, but if I could I would give you thousands more because throughout these years I believe that the Customer Service that you provide makes clients like me want to return, you achieved what no other banker and Believe me, for those who read this review, I am not an easy customer to deal with. Thank you WellsFargo for having Angel at that location.

absolute one of the worse branches they have. Especially Hataf. Where is the great customer services you are suppose to give your customer, not even a good morning.I am so happy I do not have a account but I have to deposit for work. You guys need to train the team again or get people that wants to work with the public

It was Saturday morning10/14/2023 I told this guy respectfully and nicely sitting in his desk thar I have an emergency . Im going out of the country . They blocked my debit card because I enter my pin wrong. I ask him to help me reset my pin. It will take him 1 to min to do it . He didn't care and he said only an appointment . I can tell he enjoy saying Nooo . No wonder why he is fat like this . This location in the worst customer service service customer service in houston
