Agree with the other reviewers, this is indeed a bad branch. The teller today refused to initiate closing my account, said I have to withdrawl or transer the money, then wait to tomorrow and come back in or call customer service to close it. I called customer service today and they initiated the close of the account, which he could have done. There is no point in coming into a branch if you have to call anyway. I'm happy to add a negative review in hopes they improve, because they are conveniently located.

This branch and the one on 59/Tidwell are THE WORST branches ever!!! This branch was good back then but all the tellers have left. There's ALWAYS 1 teller at the window - the past 3 or 4 times I've come and have waited over 30 minutes no matter what day. Don't even bother coming if you're on a time crunch and or need drive thru cause they shut the drive thru down. This branch and the other branch make the whole WF company look terrible!!! And I've been a customer since 2001! Ridiculous !!! Might as well shut this branch down, seriously. And just go to the one down on Westhemier by Central Market - you'll be in and out in no time.

This is a horrible Wells Fargo branch- no walk up ATM and no drive thru service or drive up window. They also do not regularly staff bankers other than behind the counter--this means if you come into this branch to try to close your account they will not let you do it

Needed an important document notarized. Arrived 14 minutes before branched closed and I was turned away. Notary was on site. Consistently disappointed in WF CUSTOMER SERVICE.

5 people in line. One teller that takes 5-10 minutes per customer. The branch manager hanging out in his office on talking on the phone. AVOID

Bad manager in this location and you speak with me with a bad way and I don’t like it I want to talk to the people don’t go For this location or looking to another bank not with the Wells Fargo because it’s bad customer service

This location was quick, efficient, and easy. I needed a notary ASAP and called at 10:40AM and was able to set up an appointment for 11:00AM - notary was prompt and was out by 11:15AM after checking all paperwork. Would highly recommend this location based on my experience.

This had been my home bank for four years now. It's convenient and the folks inside are always friendly. No one has ever tried to push me to buy any extra services. Manager Zubin is fantastic! He handles account holders with the greatest competency and customer relations.
