Excellent customer service from Rosa Fuentes. He explained the entire process to us and was very friendly. I highly recommend coming here.

Worst service at the location started calling from 12:22pm just to confirm services on specific date no one would answer phone got routed to 800 service # twice, a rep, transfer me back employee answered Aliya or something with an A, female rep. I asked if notary would be on schedule Thursday 14th have been on hold for over 12 min. Still here as I write this, with all the tellers, bankers and branch manager can’t believe I can’t get a simple yes or no I’m not asking for the notaries medical history just if there scheduled on Thursday its 12:54pm he finally came back and said no wow all that time for just to get a no it is 12:55 now avoid this branch location at all costs.

Absolutely the worst customer service that I have ever experienced at a bank. Three trips and still no success in accomplishing an easy CD conversion. Staff was obstinately refusing to even act like they were interested in assisting clients (not just me). I finally gave up and went to a different Wells Fargo, got everything done and I was out of there in 20 minutes. I'll never go back to the Meyer Park location even though it is right around the corner from my house.

I wish I could apply this to ALL WF banks because it's not only this location. Unfortunately, this is the second time this year I have been the recipient of fraudulent charges to my checking account. Even though I had the card in hand, I still needed to receive a new one.
NO, they will not be able to ship it to me priority even though I offered to pay an extra fee. NO, I cannot go to a brick-and-mortar bank to get a temporary debit card. This means I have to wait 5 to 7 days for my card to arrive.
Thank goodness I have enough cash on me to last me until my card arrives, with the advent of COVID more places are cashless and with it being the holidays, a lot of purchases need to be made with a card. I also have automatic withdrawals where I now have to tell them about the situation and they don't offer an option where my account and routing number can be taken instead.
Unfortunately, I will be on the hunt for another bank once the new year arrives. You would think that after all the bad publicity WF received in 2016 they would change their policies and be more accommodating but it seems they want to drive everyone away so they can fade into oblivion. I just wanted to air out my grievance about this gross inconvenience from a large bank. I hope this goes up the ladder to the ones in charge of creating this stupid policy but I'm not holding my breath.
I hope you do better Wells Fargo.

This place is horrible, no one wants to help. Everyone is standing around talking, laughing and saying they can't help unless an appointment cancels. I got here at 9a.m it's 10:33 a.m and I have not been seen. The lady that appears to be in charge is racist. Bank of America here I come.

This Wells Fargo branch has a few things going well and a few things that could be better.What's working: immediately approached by staff, offered appointment versus waiting at the branch, very patient with the customersWhat could be better: paperwork process (I had to leave and come back despite sending documents over via email), assistance for agents in the building (the help line for their staff is awful)Overall, a decent visit.
