At this point, my blood is broiling mad. I tried to deposit today. I came to find out that the drive-through ATM is out of order. Luckily, just a few steps away from the ATM is the branch. The branch opens till 12 noon. It was just past 12. So, I used the ATM outside of the branch. Undoubtably, a long line of people waiting to use it. Come on. It's Saturday. Everyone wants something out of this machine. The only reason it saved me from giving it a 1-star review is the ATM that works. I'm considering closing my Wells Fargo account. Because the other drive-through ATM a mile away is also out of order.

wells fargo in houston is a bank to avoid. poor training and rude employees. clueless bankers and managers cannot do anything because they are not even trained properly.

I went to ask them to do me the favor of giving me change and they came out with a great argument as if I was requesting 1000 Dls it is not fair that they deny a favor to their clients I felt very disappointed horrible experience

I called the 800 number before going to the bank and asked if I could get my credit balance refunded to me from my credit card. The banker I spoke with said yes you can do that. I went into the bank and the male teller said I can't do that but I can give you a cash advance and you can pay the fees. I said that's not right to charge me a fee to refund an overpayment. He said that's all I can do. I left the bank and called the 800 number again and spoke to another banker and she told that was incorrect and I could get my refund without paying fees. I just asked her to mail me a check back. So disappointed in their customer service. The teller made no attempt to ask his supervisor if he could do that.

I was having trouble at the bellaire location, the lady didn’t want to give me service because I didn’t have 2 forms of ID which at the moment i only had my texas ID so i came to this location. As soon as i walk in i could already feel the good vibe and good service. Mayra helped me out, i loved her service she is so kind, understanding, patient and helpful. Thank you mayra!

WASTE OF TIME. After long waiting, while there is no body, they still tell you to wait for another 20min because they take 15min off after each hour for no reason and saying we are waiting for another person who missed the appointment earlier ,WTH. Very poor customer service in this location. Hope the management consider this.

I’ve been coming to this location since I was 16 and never had a issue until today. I came to get a temporary card due to filing a claim on my card. I got there at 11:15 waited about 40 min to be seen. The entire time waiting I notice only one clerk helping out a family and the other staff were behind the window assisting other customers and some were not. Maybe 10 min until closing time (11:50) is when I believe it was the manger who came over to assists me, and other staff came over to assist the other people who were also waiting to be seen. I was already frustrated the fact that I got there early before their closing time at 12:00pm and to be seen 10 min before closing is totally unacceptable. She let me know she was unable to help me due to my card being blocked. Which okay it’s not her fault but she didn’t give me enough guidance to what to do next. Only word she said was you need to call customer service and idk. I told her OK that’s fine I’ll call them but I’ll be waiting in the lobby since I’m already here and all I need is a temporary card and I’ve been waiting for 40 min. She then said that’s fine but at 12:00pm I cannot help you, basically kicking me out. Then I went over to the window to withdraw some money because again the lady had said before at 12:00 we close indicating that they will not help me. Took money out and the clerk herself was rude. I did let her know I’m sorry I’m on the phone trying to get a hold of someone to resolve my issue with trying to get my card un blocked. She wasn’t polite at all she said everything with a tone and never said thank you or anything. It just seemed to me like they didn’t want to help anybody anymore since it was the last hour before closing time. The manager wasn’t cordial to allow me to speak to someone before leaving she was just so ready to kick anyone out and not assists anyone anymore. Now it’s the weekend and every location is closed and have to wait until Monday to get a temporary card.

There location I went they have provide me better service. There banker put me hold for an appointment of 35 mins. They still didn't get an appointment. There service is slow. I would not suggest any customers to go that location.
