This bank obviously does NOT care about customer service. Look at all the one star reviews. Waited outside since 8:30 for them to open at 9:00. I was second in line. Wanted to open a new savings account but no bankers available and it is already 9:15. I went up to a teller window to ask what time tellers would come in and was yelled at by a teller (Sophia) at another window that they are busy and would come out shortly. Finally at 9:22 the only banker (Elizabeth) comes out and asks for the first person. After I told her what I needed she said she had to attend others that had appointments first. The lady that was second in line did not have an appointment either. We were both upset and just left. I guess I’ll just open an account somewhere else where they value my five figure deposit. These large banks are wondering why people are taking their deposits out in droves. This is why. Poor customer service, limited hours, and closing of branches.

My mother and brother went on December 29th at around 9:45 (branch was empty) and were met with the most disrespectful lady who instead of kindly explaining the “appointment” needed to open a savings instead was rude and rushed them out. This branch has become the worst possible in customer service.

Do not trust this bank.I opened a savings account here because the woman said I would not be charged a service fee with that specific account, however I was still charged a $12 monthly service fee without notice. These people are either tricking their customers or are uneducated on their policies.

Wow.. what a harassing low class standard of Business. After my experience. I won't even accept a Wells Fargo debit card or check at my business. Truthfully the behavior of the staff substantiated cause for criminal harassment charge. If I have to deal with them again, I'm going to end up criminally charging them. Really a Branch to avoid

Terrible location. I had four people helping me and they still couldn’t get any help just for a simple withdrawal. All tellers look like they had no idea what they was doing like it was the first day on the jobs always Star the show was the bank manager Rosalinda asked me to eat for five minutes came back 30 minutes and asked me to come back the next day get me there for one hour and told me come back tomorrow

Garbage Bank... your ATMs never work and you charge fees for everything. Plus taxes on money that's already in my account. Oh and now you wont tranfer money from wells fargo to other wells fargo accoun holders. Whats the point of having this bank then. SMH

Needed change for office. Went to the commercial drive thru window. Cars stacked 5 deep in front and a few behind me. After not moving for 15 minutes (have no clue what the guy in commercial van at the window was doing that was so complicated but he was holding up the line). No other cars were in lanes for non-commercial so god only knows what the tellers were doing. I decided to head 10 miles out of my way and go to the Pasadena branch. This branch seems to be woefully understaffed. HIRE SOME EMPLOYEES. People are looking for work. Seems like when I go they have one person doing the drive thru and even the times I've gone inside they may have one or two people lackadaisically working the inside with lots more just milling around behind the counter avoiding eye contact with customers glaring, fidgeting and sighing in frustration. I work in customer service and this would not fly in my office.

Stupid a%$ bank they said they couldn't and wouldn't cash my Wells Fargo check for 250$ they wanted me to deposit it which didn't make sense at all don't bank with Wells Fargo

I sent wire transfer by customer service inside the bank,After 2hr they surprise me by cancel wire transfer because the lady forgot to get my sign on paper.I don’t know if she know her duties or I have to remind her what to do.

This location is very unprofessional and not trusting. DO NOT COME HERE. PLEASE. HASSLE HASSLE AND SOME MORE HASSLE. UNEDUCATED EMPLOYEES. THEY ALSO NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE.
