I have been going to this bank for the past 10 years. The quality of service provided has severely deteriorated. I had a Cashiers check deposited into my account, the following day I went to wire money for some investments and the banker tells me I cannot access the money because it takes 5-6 business days for the bank to receive the funds. I can clearly see the funds in my account. I even called customer care to verify this and they told me that the funds were available for use. The manager was of no help either.

This bank obviously does NOT care about customer service. Look at all the one star reviews. Waited outside since 8:30 for them to open at 9:00. I was second in line. Wanted to open a new savings account but no bankers available and it is already 9:15. I went up to a teller window to ask what time tellers would come in and was yelled at by a teller (Sophia) at another window that they are busy and would come out shortly. Finally at 9:22 the only banker (Elizabeth) comes out and asks for the first person. After I told her what I needed she said she had to attend others that had appointments first. The lady that was second in line did not have an appointment either. We were both upset and just left. I guess I’ll just open an account somewhere else where they value my five figure deposit. These large banks are wondering why people are taking their deposits out in droves. This is why. Poor customer service, limited hours, and closing of branches.

My mother and brother went on December 29th at around 9:45 (branch was empty) and were met with the most disrespectful lady who instead of kindly explaining the “appointment” needed to open a savings instead was rude and rushed them out. This branch has become the worst possible in customer service.

Do not trust this bank.I opened a savings account here because the woman said I would not be charged a service fee with that specific account, however I was still charged a $12 monthly service fee without notice. These people are either tricking their customers or are uneducated on their policies.
