I love this branch location, everyone that I've had the pleasure of dealing with have been overwhelmingly friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and are always in a great mood and genuinely give off vibes that they love their job and that's rare. Specifically wanted to shout out Karina, she's amazing and always greets people with a smile.

Try to open a account for my son. They took me it takes 45 and other one took me 1 1/2 or it only me today.. they just do not want to work.. I was think u get payed to work went to first convenience bank I love them.. they but no butt's or if.and they r open7 days a week

I had a nasty fall outside the bank. The Srv Mgr Sue Smith assisted in taking a statement, checked on me, and gave me water. I was shakened up. She was very nice and courtesy. I appreciate the great customer service.

I strongly dislike coming inside this store everytime I come in to speak to a teller they always have one person doing stuff like replacement bank cards. Don't bother coming to this location on your lunch break cause you will spend half of it here sitting and waiting around. I can't count how many times I've had to leave because they're simply taking too long. In person customer service sucks, but their over the phone customer service is amazing I just don't understand why all the branches can't seem to have two tellers instead of one every single time no matter what time of day I come the wait is always lengthy.

I have been coming to this Branch for 13 years now and I have never experienced rudeness or unprofessional service from any staff member(s). Mrs. Sue has always greeted me with a big smile and asked how my day was going? Because of Mrs. Sue and the rest of her staff I will continue to use Wells Fargo as Our Bank.

This is the worst bank I have ever been to in my entire life and I go to banks twice a week every week no matter what state I'm in this is by far the rudest people I have ever seen in my life in a bank
