I am from out of state but had no problem with getting access to my acct.very helpful cashier

I had a nasty fall outside the bank. The Srv Mgr Sue Smith assisted in taking a statement, checked on me, and gave me water. I was shakened up. She was very nice and courtesy. I appreciate the great customer service.
