The most professional staff I have dealt with at a bank in Texas. Professional, knowledgeable staff. Mr. Alphonso is a top notch employee if you need any banking needs taken care of. He leads his staff with confident calmness which put me at great ease. He took care of my financial needs quickly and explained my options.

i highly recommend Ms Caroline (I think that's how you spell it) but she was amazing she helped me with more than 1 thing that I didn't know and I've been with this bank since 2019 !
