I've been to this location twice, and both times experienced long waits because of computer issues. This last time, the branch manager saw us waiting for help and promptly turned on her heel and hid in the back. Once another employee started helping us, approx 10min later, the manager walked out and left. Ugh. Clear indications that she simply doesn't want to do her job. Other employees flinch when she walks by. I'll not be coming back to this location.
*edit* It's been over two hours now. I just came in to open a secured account for my special needs daughter's SSI back-owed payments. Corporate saw this review and wants me to email my info to them. That's not going to happen. It's not my job to fix their business and I've already been inconvenienced enough. This location needs review by a secret shopper.

I drove from this location to another location because, the ATM didn’t work. The other locations ATM was out too. Getting an account with chase now instead.

Absolutely pathetic! The drive through atm has been closed for months- and it’s brand new! Went to make a deposit tonight because my account was negative, BOTH atms are not working! So now I get an overdraft fee bc of the incompetence of this bank! I went to the other closest location, and their atm was out of service too! I’ll be switching banks asap

I'm 9 months pregnant and walked in. I was about to pee myself and asked to please use the restroom and they straight up told me no I can't. I will be cancelling my accounts with them and never walking in another Wells Fargo again.

Waited over an hour just to get something notarized, while employees walk back and forth past us and behind the window like they just have better things to do. Leaving without getting what I needed done. Great job ?

Branch manager was lied to by her on bossThe district manager lied to her.I had and issue with Jason the manager of the league city branch be careful what you say to this guy he will accused you and you family of all kinds of things. Also he is not educated in the banking process that wells Fargo has available.So I went to this branch to close my accountAnd was still lied toThis is a reflection of bad management both branch and districtI ask that someone please look into this

Ms. Jeanette P. was extremely helpful during my visit to the branch when I wanted to open an account. She is knowledgeable, effective, and professional. She clearly explained all the details of the process, answered lots of questions, and was able to complete several requests (account opening, credit card application, etc.) in one visit very effectively. I had a pretty technical issue coming into this branch. Liam went above and beyond to get my problem taken care of. I was very impressed with his ability to find the cause of the issue and completely resolve the issue in a very very fast manner, given that he had never see this problem before. Great job Liam! 10/10
