Racist Banker Ali Mohammad! I went to open a checking account on 4/30/2024 only to be discriminated against lied to and this banker asked me very personal questions about my life all to never actually open my account. This banker wasted my time for over a hour. He asked for proof of identity which I provided passport, driver license, current utility bill and my actual lease from my apartment complex. He also pulled up my old account for verification. He had me signed on the pad saying he was opening my account several times but he never did unsure what I was even signing. I signed on that pad over 5 times. He said he was going in the back to get my paper work but came back empty handed. This banker not only played with time he interrogated me for a hour prided into my life all for reason I only believed he was discriminating against me seeing I’m a black woman. This bankers knows when I will be out of town all my person information he asked for no reason unsure why he did this. The manager’His Friend” took up for the banker and tried to make it seem as though it was miscommunications on my part. This was horrible it ruined my entire day. My time is precious and the banker wasted my time acting like he was opening an account and so call did nothing. He went in my previous business account and updated my information fooling around. Unsure what kind of scam this bank does but I did contact Wells Fargo corporate offices and I filed a case of discrimination practices. They said what he did was uncalled for and open up a case. I will be filling a complaint with the better business bureau and the Federal trade commission. I never got any answers from the branch manager to explain the bankers actions he only asked me to come back and I could get a different banker who would open my account which leads me to believe he FRIEND ALI the bankers does this often and he only takes up for him. Don’t Go to the branch because I experienced racism. It was a horrible experience I’m up at 4am typing this because I’m still very upset!

I’m a WF customer that’s a regular here to get notaries done for work and find it extremely beneficial to just do them here as opposed to going to a notary place to pay an extra fee. Staff are also helpful and friendly including the bankers and the branch manager.

I got the Best customer care service today from Odalys.She assisted me with opening new account.She was so calm,cheerful,friendly,hospitable and above all patient in answering all my questions.I wanna say Big Thanks to Odalys and the girl in the cashier forgot her name (curly hair) for the great customer service!

Extremely rude and ignorant people working there. the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Low class people working there. Lazy...ignorant and obnoxious. They refused to honor appointment. Drove there for nothing more than for one of their employees to be extremely rude to me . She was lazy and didn't want to do the job even though she had plenty of time. It's ok Chase will now get all my accounts.. adios Wells Fargo!

DONT deposit money into their ATM!!!! I attempted to deposit $70 on March 5th.One 20 dollar bill and one 50 dollar bill. ATM read the 20 dollar bill properly and then displayed this message after it didn’t read the 50 dollar bill.And when I immediately called customer service the agent basically just says oh well, to file a claim and wait ten business days.Unless you want to get your money eaten by their ATM don’t go to this location. Thanks Wells Fargo for taking food out of mine and my childrens’ mouth because your ATM is so jacked up!!!!! That’s just WRONG on so many levels. After tonight I am DONE with wells.

This ATM is out of commission 50% of the time- makes having a Wells Fargo by my house useless.

Not sure why folks are giving this location a 1 star as I've been banking at this location for about a year now. Every time I've walked into the bank I've experienced nothing but friendly and quick service from all the team. PRO TIP: Location right next to the dentist

I had never had a poor excuse for a bank. Had open an account than was told after a few months they are going to close the account for no reason. Look for a better bank with good customer relation as this one has not.

I walked in to do a wire transfer and got assisted by Odalys. Odalys reviewed my situation and confirmed I was being scammed by someone online. She helped me out tremendously and saved me from losing any money. I couldn't be more thankful for her outstanding knowledge and professional skills. Please, to whoever is reading this, give Odalys much praise in the workplace! I was very happy with my experience, despite the scary situation, but Odalys gave me great reassurance.

Made an appointment to open a bank account. The banker was very rude and reluctant to help. I felt she was in a hurry to leave and was unhappy that she had to help us. I am taking my business to another bank.

Got there to use ATM and there was a Brinks truck blocking it. Was there like 20 mins (ended up leaving along with like 20 other customers). Is that really the only spot that guy can park on a Friday in the whole huge parking lot? Called the bank to ask how long it was going to be there and they were not helpful at all, couldn't tell me if it'll be 5 minutes or 30 more! Ridiculous!!
