I had an issue w/WF randomly putting a 9 day hold on a Cashier's Check from my Chase account that I was closing. Instead of helping, the Asian girl that answered the phone cut me off abruptly and made up a RANDOM LIE about just how a few weeks ago, even a branch manager isn't able to help w/holds! She literally made that up as she was talking b/c she didn't feel like helping or offering any solutions. I couldn't believe how she made that up on the fly - I know this, b/c I called the branch on Waugh Dr., and he gave me a check verification 888 number and said they could help out, as their BM was out for 2 weeks. If you don't have a heart to help people, WHY get a job at a BANK where your job is to help people? Why get annoyed at everything and give minimal effort when there's 100 other careers you could choose from?! I'm speaking to you, Lady of Asian descent at this location! RIDICULOUS. Go back to taking Customer Service 101. Basic helping with a nicer tone and good attitude will take you far. If not, GET. A. NEW. JOB. ZERO STARS!

Renee is quite possibly one of the nicest bankers I’ve ever met. She was very helpful and offered wonderful customer service. If you ever need an appointment, I recommend requesting Renee.

Not to be confused with Wales Fargo, which is when someone from Wales goes to North Dakota's largest city (but not the capital), I suppose. It doesn't make me happy at all seeing people dissing other people's appearances and being so traditional and obnoxious about who should wear what in a bank. Makes me want to give the bank five stars and Wells Fargo in general has been really good to us. We haven't had any issues with any of the tellers here, and I like that some of them display individual flair and I wish that every place was as welcoming and diverse (my voice prediction said diapers), and I wish that yelpers were as welcoming in diapers (and diverse) (but some of them probably do wear diapers). Wells Fargo was the only bank that helped us out during the hurricane when others were being obnoxious and not letting us anywhere near our money. Thank goodness we had an account with Wells Fargo and thank goodness they are the only ones that seem to give a crap about the local community. Especially this branch and the one on Buffalo Speedway.

9:30AM Monday Morning - I went to this WellsFargo because it's on my way to work, and I figured I could quickly deposit a few checks. I went inside vs drive-thru because I thought it would be faster. I was wrong. There was only one customer in front of me, being helped by the only Teller visible. However, as I walked inside, I heard a lot of laughing and noticed several bankers in one office just chatting, one said "Good Morning" to me, then they just resumed chatting. Because the one person in front of me was taking a long time with the only Teller (I think he was new, nothing against him, no experienced tellers were helping him... Is this some type of WellsFargo hazing ritual?), I thought I'd speed up my own process by filling out my own deposit slip. I did that, re-counted the money I was going to deposit, and then proceeded to wait 15 minutes... The only teller continued to have to run into the back to ask a senior a question question several times... I saw 8 WF employees in that store total, including the two chatty bankers behind me. After another 5 minutes of standing/waiting, I heard a rustling behind me, and saw one of the bankers/tellers leave the office and come around to the tellers desk to ask if I needed any help. I guess the hilarious office conversation had finally come to an end, and now it was time to "start the day" at 9:50AM. I gave the teller/banker my checks/cash to deposit, and then waited a total of 20 seconds before he returned with my card and a receipt. So that earns this bank 2 stars. Making me wait 20 minutes on a transaction that only takes 20 seconds. I'll just use an ATM next time.

I was very disappointed after going to this location on June 5, 2017. I tried opening a business account after applying online. I went to the location for assistance; however, I was told by a gentleman and lady that I couldn't be helped because I did the application online. This was not done confidentially. The two associates yelled across the room without even attempting to assist me. One was at his desk, while the other was standing up. Later that night, I did receive an email from Wells Fargo stating that I could visit ANY location to help me. This was an humiliating experience.

I was at this branch ( in Central Market lot) requesting for a simple notary service. I was questioned by 3 different persons what type of notary was it. I was told by 2 different persons to wait for 10-15 minutes . I was still waiting an hour later. The two representatives had the parents at one desk and their teenagers at the other desk. They seemed like they had no clue of what they were doing. The male representative knew there are other customers waiting for notary, yet he deliberately took his sweet time , continuously chatting to his teenage customers about new movies showing, classes, grades...among other nonsense. He has no respect for other customers waiting to be serviced. It is pathetic! Everyone in this branch is UNPROFESSIONAL, CLUELESS, INCOMPETENT. Talk less and work more. Otherwise, please close the branch because the one across the street is more efficient and it would give Central Market more parking space..
