People at this location are not welcoming. We are new out of town looking to open an account. No one addressed me when I stood there at window, then asked if I was with anyone in the lobby when asking to use their restroom 1st. Denied me use of their restroom told me they "send customers to a nextdoor bar."I have never been denied a restroom ?Won't be back.

Recently had a fraudulent charge go through on my card. Called customer support and got shady vibes from them. Went to this branch to get it fixed. Both Ms. Gomez (banker) and Mr. Bobokalonov (branch manager) were extremely professional, helpful, and kind. The manager spent 20 minutes on the phone trying to sort out the process, which probably would have taken me more than an hour. Thank you both!

Monday at noon, one worker walking back and forth from drive through to front booth. 40 mins to withdrawal. No reason.

Terrible service, they just have one cashier and If they take , like 20 minutes to help me, and the cashier was very distracting, but some else came and they put another cashier, very frustrated, so if you're in hurry is not a good place to do business

You would think a bank who robbed customers just a few years ago would have better customer service. 71 minutes to access a safe deposit box with an empty lobby.**Update** Wells decided to reverse an item as “non-negotiable” forty six days after deposit. Good luck as Wells! Frost Bank is the answer for Texans. Not these national “too big to fail” institutions.

Thank you Lisbeth for my experience today. I was cashing a cashier's check made out by my best friend to help me out in hard times and Lisbeth made the process very easy and kind. She made me feel like she was there to help me with anything I needed and didn't tell me anything without her supervisor approving it so that no mistakes were made. Thank you !

Talked to Mr. Faisal yesterday. Went to the branch today to get a couple of things taken care of. Mr.Faisal was courteous, friendly and extremely helpful in getting the things done efficiently. This how a branch and branch manager should be. Absolute delight to work with.
