I've had consistently good experiences at this location. For example, I was able to deposit checks in foreign currency (€) whereas other Wells Fargo locations told me it was impossible. I'm really not sure why other reviews are so low for this location. Would recommend.

I was surprised to see any negative reviews, these guys have been fantastic to bank with! Dunn, Enrique, Cedric and Jorge have been relentless in their efforts to support my personal and business accounts. Yes, issues come up, yes, they are a bank and charge fees (there would not be a branch location here if it were not profitable).But bank fees do not create the warm and friendly atmosphere, the people do.

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I have been a loyal Wells Fargo customer since 2004. (Credit card, checking account, savings account with over 30k, debit card). AllI wanted to do is get a one time cashiers check written and they insisted I have to pay $10 for it. They said the only way to get that fee waived is by “upgrading” my account. Total BS. They just lost a 20 year loyal customer over $10 and forcing me to upgrade my account. This company and branch needs some serious training and common sense.

Enrique was amazing!! I had a 10 min deadline for a wire transfer & he helped me when I was going crazy!! So patient and kind. Perfect service

Hasn't been open in months. Wells Fargo charges $10.00 for a transaction fee at another bank. This location was closest to my house... I have lost over$100.00 from having to use another bank. Been a customer for 15 years. The least they can do is list this location as Closed.

Got an appointment in this location and said there was no appointment and was very rude to me. So unprofessional and disorganized. Worst bank ever. At 10:00 pm of September 12 the guy in the front was very rude and unprofessional when I asked a simple question.

Second UPDATE: Now I cannot get an appointment to accomplish something I could get done at the branch last week. These guys are jokers. Worst bank ever.First UPDATE: I downgraded Wells Fargo to 1 star. Now it appears they let go of more bankers so only 1 banker appears to be servicing each branch. They offered to call other branches and get back to me. I waited 45 min for the call back that never came. Good luck getting into a branch to conduct business.Original review:I'm extremely disappointed in this branch. Wells Fargo should invest time into teaching its bankers the basics of professional communication: following through, returning calls in a timely manner (or just returning calls period), replying to emails, confirming receipt of emails and not over-promising. These are no-brainers that go a long way towards customer retention. Too late in my case tho.

hands down the worst service I've ever received at any WF location. Please avoid this location at all costs. I work across the street at west ave and come here regularly and they are extremely slow at helping you out. They're also rude....the guy in the drive thru has terrible costumer service experience. I will stop coming here from now and just drive less than a mile down to the Kirby and bissonet location.
