I just left Wells Fargo at 11:45am Tuesday 6/6/23 at the corner of memorial and kirkwood. I was going to open 3 accounts. A savings for myself, plus a savings and checking for my son.... BUT the banker said she had to go to lunch in 15 mins and didn't want to start something she couldn't finish...SO I went down the road to Chase instead and gave them my money

I made an appointment online to finish opening a business checking account to bring in documents. Crystal Coby called me to confirm my appointment time. I told her I was pressed for time yet she kept asking me questions that could have been easily asked in person at our appointment or pulled from my online application. She was very rude and not friendly. I told her just cancel my appointment and I ended the call. I will no longer do business with Wells Fargo because of this interaction with Crystal Coby. I’ve been a personal customer for 20 years.

The drive-thru lane is very convenient and has great customer service!I came to this branch of Wells Fargo to make a deposit for my work. I went through the drive-thru lane, and was greeted by Gwen.Gwen was very friendly and I appreciated the conversation we had.I would definitely return to this location, and I hope that Gwen would be the teller I work with!

We've been using Wells Fargo over 20 years and have different accounts. I'm just about done with them. They have once again closed the inside of the bank. You have to drive through and that can take over 20 mins if you need to speak with the teller. They need to have someone out there giving you the paperwork you need before finally getting to the teller. I suggested that went I went in and was told I can only drive thru. Really don't think either one of them in there cared. I don't have any complaints about the employees other then that and I feel that is the branch managers fault. How come IBC bank has stayed open and you can go inside and WF can't? Very unsatisfied customer!

This bank is terrible. 45 minute wait at the drive through just to make a Deposit. Halfway through they send someone out in a mask to apologize and then do nothing to help.

Absolutely the worst WF bank. They need to close this branch, absolutely horrible. Lack of staff and they just don't care if you are waiting for 30 minutes to see a banker. It's been like this year for years.

Terrible customer service and overcrowded as usual. Probably the last time I'll choose this branch out of all the other ones available. I guess if it's cold outside and I wear a hoodie automatically I appear unworthy considering I walked in to no greeting, didn't think much of it and immediately hear an enthusiastic greeting from the banker to the person behind me who walks in w/ a Pea Coat. Some Nerve. Unless you want to wait in long slow lines w/ Wells Fargo employees who discriminate don't come to this location

I have been a long time customer at Wells Fargo and have several different types of accounts. I like to use this branch because it is so close to my house. The teller customer service is ok...if you need any other service (account service) good luck...this bank should just have robots running the branch. There is no above and beyond customer service. They only have one person that can help with your account...totally ridiculous!!! The tellers will tell you to go to another branch. This branch is a total JOKE!

if u want a safety deposit box don't come here....only one person can let u in and she is always busy....typically over a 20 min wait....parking is also limited

I come to this Wellsfargo about once a week and only because of its location. I've been so disappointed with their customer service so many times I'm fed up and decided to voice my opinion. I will drive to the Galleria or another location just to avoid the frustration sometimes. I'm a commercial customer so I always have several transactions for my company. They never have enough cash on them to cash bigger checks and the cash check amount in the drive through line is only $1,500 so you have to go into g branch unlike other Wellsfargos. I can't stand this Wellsfargo and I wish their management would change or something.
