Never use an American Express card in their ATMs. Two Wells Fargo branches have eaten my card, and I got it back from the 1st. Customer service has no clue and apparently there's only one person, if that, at a branch to retrieve your card. Their customer service comprises idiots of less than 100 IQ.

The bank needed to correct several communication errors. I also had a misstep, but it was minor and corrected in a matter of hours, except for two employees. The original jerk Brennen S (they suck so bad they don't give last names), lied about calling me back after being belligerent on the phone. It will be a pain in the ass to switch after 40 years, and millions channeled through them. But leaving is my only option. Buyer, beware, you've seen the news about how they screw people, open accounts under people's names, etc. I didn't think they would screw me. I feel cheated and raped! Do not bank here at all costs! This culture is fostered under bad leadership from Charles W. Scharf!

Came in to the bank to open a business account. Alicia was the one helping me. Alicia was very nice, but she was not very knowledgeable about opening a business account. Almost every question I asked her she seemed unsure and uneasy. She was not very responsive to my emails before coming in. Long story short she was unable to open my account because the “printer/scanner”were not working. I was told by the manager I would get a call back to reschedule once the “printer/scanner” were working. I never received a call. The manager did explain to me that I was able to open an account at home online. If Alicia knew about this she could of told me and saved me a trip. I have nothing bad to say about the character of Alicia. I honestly think Alicia is not ready and needs more training. I just wouldn’t recommend this branch because they seem to not have their staff and equipment prepared.

WF is the worst customer service bank in America. The branches cannot help you do anything. They direct you to the 800# who cannot help you, they then direct you to to login online. Lot's of good that does when the ONLINE BANKING SYSTEM IS DOWN! UGH Please do not give them your business.

I typically receive good customer service here and the location so convenient! They are able to buy/sell some foreign currencies, which is helpful.

The worst customer service of all the Wells Fargo offices. Went to make a deposit and get $500 cash back. One teller. Waited 7 minutes watching the teller talk to a customer about her manicure. A lady walked out of the back and I asked her if someone could help me. She said no and walked away. I loathe these people. Time to change banks.

Wells Fargo lets you use an access code at ATM's to get money using their app. I wanted to use this service today since my wallet was in a different city but my phone died. I ask the bankers can I use a charger to charge my phone explaining my situation so I can get something to eat and this one inhumane woman said “ we can't it's against our policy†if it's against your policy to let me charge my phone to get food then I'm not sure this bank is for me. I was hungry and walked in blistering cold weather and now I see how 12 years of banking serves me. This is the third time I witnessed inhumanity in Wells Fargo employees and certainly my last
