I have a Wells Fargo cash wise credit card and only had a question. That woman who answered was extremely RUDE.The customer service is getting worse, I wouldn't never have a bank account there.

I have a Wells Fargo cash wise credit card and redeemed my rewards to my card as statement credit, I called the customer service, because I wanted to know if it will be subtracted from my current bill or if it will be on there as credit for the coming month. They could not answer that. That is VERY SAD.

Working on one of the upper floors, what a perspective to witness the sunrise over Houston. It's always fantastic to see whether you're on the beach in your back yard or 67 stories above the pavement. They never grow old wishing they had the observation floors open, which they used to but no longer do. But what a shame.

Come on, it's Wells Fargo! It's top notch everything here, from the well qualified Banker here, Jocelyn and kind Tellers to the phenomenal new build out of the branch.

Beautiful all-glass green building in the heart of Downtown Houston. They have a skylobby in the 53rd or 54th floor but is not open to the public. Also there is a Wells Fargo branch in the tunnels.

There’s a park right outside, apparently you’re no allowed to sit down. Even though there’s a park bench. Not sure if it was racial. But ya, stay out. The people here don’t seem to be the nicest if they want people to not sit down.

Beautiful building and superb style and architecture. It also serves as an interence to the houston underground tunnels.

The escalators do in fact slow down when they are not in use in this building. Please bare with me , I’ve actually never seen that before and I was really impressed. Security on site, clean building. Have fun riding the elevators, may need to transfer elevators depending on which suite your going to.

Working in one of the upper floors what a view got to see the sunrise over houston always still amazing to see whether it's on the beach in the back yard or 67 stories above the concrete still awesome. They don't ever get old wish they had the observation floors open they did at one time but not no more. What a shame though

I read lots of reviews about being able to see the city from the upper floors of this building. They must have changed their policy because they did not let us do that and they had their security follow us out of the building. Seemed odd since all we did was ask about seeing the city view.

Very interesting architecture...especially the mysterious abandoned lobby staircase that leads to nowhere.Be sure to make the trip up to the buildings 43rd story sky lobby for an unforgettable view of the city from above the tree tops.

I'm always surprised at how well kept this office building is, and the staff is always very nice. I never have to worry about asking questions or finding where I need to go, even if the elevator banks can be confusing the first few times.
