Love the location, the classes and the kids corner. Great sense of community. Nothing fancy but functional and has everything you need at a very great price. Plus your membership helps with other programs that benefit the neighborhood and kids programs.

Very disappointed in how I was treated by member services after asking for clarification on fees. Disagreeing but not once refusing to pay or becoming rude with staff was I given clarification. After offering to waive the fees on my account due to not canceling before 12am on the 31st of the month I was hinted we shouldn’t be members at the ymca. Communication is poor , staff is unkind and speaks to members in a very rude tone. I’ve never experienced this at a ymca in my 36 years of breathing and my dad coached basketball for years at the YMCA.

Been going here for a year and love it. Staff is nice. Equipment is always oin good shape both clean and working corectly. My husband has been going for at least ten years and he i8s hard to -please and he likes it.

I was in the area on business Friendly staff however the men's locker room smells like feet and God knows what else I didn't even want to shower there! I will not return!

My wife and I have been members for several years now. For some time, we enjoyed the classes as they were schedule Mon, Wed. and Fri 6:30-7:30. The classes were well attended, and all liked the teacher. All of the sudden, the Wed. class was moved to 5:30-6:30 and Fri. class was cancelled. This change was sudden and discouraging as we can not attend Wed. and Fri.
Can you reinstate the class as it was?

The staff and facilities are bar none best experience one can have--the member community is friendly and inclusive. I greatly appreciate the diversity of cultures, ages, and activities which seem to thrive at this location. I have held city-wide membership for many years, but there is good reason I regard this location as MY YMCA.

Sub optimal use of facilities. They are closing off many areas to members, for this reason or that (inconvenience). The soccer field was open for years and now is closed to everyone, and we haven't seen it used once. Excuse was, ' I don't know- new director. ' maybe they have something going on ( been this way the last 4 months)

Everyone is included, playing time is equal, time spent with each player is fair. The Ymca is flexible to accommodate all players and quickly adjusts to any situation.

The staff is friendly and always accessible. The weight machines are smooth and clean.
The aerobic machines have TVs, clean, and readable available.
