I contacted South Wayside Tire Center to get new brakes for my vehicle. Javier Jr. quoted me a price, and had my vehicle finished and ready to go in about 2 hours. Excellent customer service, and the shop is super clean and nice!

First off - THEY MOVED AROUND THE CORNER! Their new address is 8250 Boone Rd. I was so impressed when I arrived! The owner personally greeted me and took my car in right away! Their selection of rims was impressive, everything is brand new so it was super clean and comfortable! I needed 2 new tires and a rotation and brake pads, & after seeing their rims I decided to get new rims too! ( Huge selection to choose from!!! Some they have in stock at the store, but some you would need to order. )Very friendly and helpful staff, easy wait time! Above and beyond service with a smile, very affordable pricing & most importantly- no over selling! ( they even recalibrated my tire pressure gage for me at no charge, which at another tire shop they told me it would be $900 to replace it! ) I highly recommend this tire shop! It's right off the beltway at 59S & worth the extra drive to get there!

This place is amazing! Don’t expect to go to a 5star luxury suite, BUT DO expect to get 5star service because that’s what I received. Honesty, Customer service, and Safety is their priority but they happen to sell tires and other services. Javier was very informative and helpful, he physically showed me the root cause of the issue, recommended me affordable solutions for the future. Never once making you feel like their trying to drain all your funds from your pockets(like other places). I would highly recommend Javier and his local business.
