5/19/23- At 1:00 pm I came to refill up my water bottle/jugs and the store was closed. I understand there could have been an issue why the store wasn’t open but no sign was left on the door saying why store closed during business hours. I called the store number and of course no answer. This is not how you treat your loyal customer’s. It’s the third time this issue has happened to me, and I will not be returning as a customer.The last time this store wasn’t open during business hours I left and returned 3 days later and the store was open. However, today I decided I’m not doing that again! I went to another Water Tree location. I’m so glad I did!! The customer service was amazing and they filled all my jugs up for me. Now moving forward, I will be a returning customer at this other Water Tree.

Aside from getting good quality water that tastes good, they have great customer service. They are very educated about their products and take the time to answer questions. I highly recommend this location.
