Use of camera is prohibit ?Friday, good weather, NOT hot .!People working there looked like lost, I wish i had a body cam to show you. not to mention that they expect everyone to know everything, even what they don't know, but they should have.People here need training and be People oriented .And the mud... there is no asphalt, so it will take me some time and money ? if i want my trailer clean for the next load.

I haven't been to the port of Houston in years but as a see it still takes hours to check in . Prepare to waste at least a half of drive shift getting loaded or unloaded.

Drivers stay away. This address means nothing, they have the whole port basically and without a building number you'll be lucky to get anywhere, and I don't mean address, I mean number. I came here for a sugar load from building 21, but I didn't know the building number so I was wondering around for over an hour trying to find it, this port is a small city. I had no guidance or help what so ever from the 3 offices I visited before coming to the right one, after I came to the right one and checked in I was told I need proper PPE to be loaded, even though I'm sitting in my truck as they're loading. Had to go to Walmart to get what I didn't have, then come back. You needHard hatHi visibility vestJeansSteel toe bootsSafety glassesI lost alot of time unnecessarily. I don't know about the rest of the port but if you're getting sugar from building 21, have all this stuff, come early too because you will get lost. The earliest you can check in with them is 30 minutes. Also have a pu #, and destination company name and city/state

It is the worst job of my life where there is no respect or education from many bosses, there are inside, where they steal your hours and try to manipulate you how they want. They are not all like that and there are very respectful and educated people like Miss Bielka and Rae-Lynn and others but the truth is my experience as a worker was not good, thank you very much
