I like the machines here as they are newer however most of the time I have to use extra time for drying, for some reason I always have issues getting my clothes dry. The machine does run for about 30 minutes, but I think they have it turned down to not get too hot. I don't really know. I don't see any other complaints here about it and don't notice other people having issues when I am doing laundry. I have worked out a system now that I just start a new dryer when i am done, and put everything that is still damp in at that time, it is just something I haven't expierenced at other laundromats. My biggest complaint is about how small this place is. They have folding tables right in the middle of the aisles, so if your clothes are in a dryer, there is usually someone standing right if front of where you need to go to get your clothes out of the dryer. I just wish it was larger, I understand if they didn't have the folding tables there not everyone would not be able to fold their clothes. This place is always busy, I have tried going at different times but it is usually about the same. The staff has always been helpful, even though I don't speak spanish, which is sometimes a problem. They are usually always cleaning the machines and wiping everything down. The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is, it is such a cramped space and never getting all my clothes dry, but I am still willing to drive from downtown to wash my clothes there.

I do not recommend it if it is the first time you come to this place you will be disappointed because the machines are only for exclusive clients and only with a card from the laundry itself will you be able to use the machines

Hello, I would like to make my constructive criticism. The truth is, the business is very nice, the machines are also super efficient. I arrived because they recommended the place to me, but the customer service is super terrible, the worker (OSIRI) treated me very badly, I asked her for help with my machine because I'm new to assisting and she only made a face if I asked for help it's because that's why they are there to help the customer and they should not pay much attention to it because it would be a shame if the customers ran because the place is very good and yes As an aside, the place was super dirty and the bathroom was clogged with papers. That attitude that she had would make anyone run if it weren't for Leticia, who helped me. Who knows? Not even compared to when Kris is there. She does take good care of him and keeps it super clean. good vibes .

I appreciate the convenience of 24 hours and many machines to use. I normally come in the evenings and late nights because there's a smaller crowd. Free Wi-Fi is written all over the place but from the night managers understanding his name is Alex he claims that there is no Wi-Fi working. Even though on my wireless device it shows Wi-Fi working. When I asked him about it he was very rude and refused to give me any names so that I can ask someone else like a manager above him. I wish people would just be nice and informative in a manager's position.
