I had an exceptional experience with Warwick Apartments. Leslie was very professional and went above and beyond to show me multiple apartment layouts. I fell in love with one of the units, and Leslie guided me through the application process. The whole process was incredibly fast. Additionally, the manager, Victor, was very helpful and accommodating. Thank you, Warwick Apartments! I look forward to leasing and enjoying my time living here.

I rate this company a flawless 10 out of 10. It's a mix of emotions as I am departing to have a closer commute and a garage. Without these reasons, I would be completely happy and content. Every time I reached out, there was a prompt response. Maintenance always showed up within a day or 2 day of submitting a service ticket. Leslie Guerrero has been outstanding. As a single mom with twins, it was my first time on my own and she helped me through it all. I will miss her the most!
FYI: If you plan on visiting, ensure that you park in the designated visitor area, otherwise your vehicle will be towed.

MANAGEMENT are theifs me in my wife came in for apartment and had the pay stubs and bank statements ,the Mexican lady at the front desk told us we should be all good so we put are 300$ deposit in for the background check and deposit we waited to week tried to call them several times with no answer once they finally answered they told my wife that they had tried to call us and left us emails which they did not she checked even the spam and they said so they cancelled the application without talking to us ,don't give your money to these people if they feel like it they will play you and take you money

These apartments look nothing like they look online. there's nothing "Luxurious" about them.. They are severely infested with roaches. When we first moved in we noticed roaches EVERYWHERE. We keep our home clean and have done just about anything to get rid of them, but the problem never went away. I've had roaches fallen in the food I've cooked and crawling on us while we sleep. The funny thing is that I've found multiple roaches that have been painted over..... The walls are really thin that I can hear my neighbors having a conversation, showering, snoring etc... Pet owners do not care after their pets so there is always dog feces everywhere. There's so many stray cats that have ruined our patio furniture and are always making loud noises at night almost like they're yelling or something?? There was a whole row of apartments that burnt down, and a couple months someone's apartment caught on fire because of their dryer, so I never feel at ease living here.. The only good thing is the location.

The advantages of living in that apartment were that it is in a place where everything is accessible, any kind of stores, the maintenance staff very friendly, the administration staff as well. The disadvantages are that it is not safe at all, I heard several nights bullet shots, a strange guy always came to park at the same time in the back corner, the catalytic converters of the cars were stolen, and we saw how the police captured people inside the parking lot, the entrance doors to the apartments are always open and anyone entered there was no security in that aspect, the facilities are very old, we had a problem with the air conditioning in the hot weather that was fixed three times but in the end they did not solve the problem, the heating did not work. The first day I moved in I saw the firemen because a whole column of apartments had caught fire, I don't know what was the reason for the fire. In spite of these problems, when you renew the contract they raise the rent 200$ more than the first contract. The disadvantages are more infrastructure and security which are not very good. The maintenance and administration staff are very friendly.

Imagine you being out of town for the holidays, You get a call 12/20/23 saying there’s a leak upstairs( I live on the first floor) and needs to be fixed , then coming home and there’s a giant hole above your toilet when you arrived with guest. It was so embarrassing having roof cement all over my bathroom floor. In the picture below I can’t even open my drawer without roofing spewing all over the bathroom floor. All I got was a “sorry” from management. That’s it.writing this review 1/2/24 (13 days after the initial phone call) it’s still not fixed. Look somewhere else to contract. I will definitely look for somewhere else when my contract ends

After being here for about three months, I can say this apartment complex has been the absolute worst. I have never had so many issues within the short time I have lived here. I really HATE this place. I can say that this is not a place to call home. It is a very unsafe area, even inside the gates. You must deal with unruly neighbors. You have people dealing drugs, gun shots through the night and during the day, broken down vehicles, people letting their pet's poop on your porch which is absolutely disgusting and the constant trash. Next, you must deal with the sound of speeding vehicles all day and night. You will think you're living on a racetrack because they drive so fast down Walnut Bend Ln. You will also have to deal with the loud music from people outside your apartment and the surrounding area. You will NEVER REST. I have never dealt with this many issues within such a short time. You have TAREGT baskets all throughout the parking lot as well. This place is a joke. If you have any issues, reporting it to the office really doesn't have an effect. Management doesn't help much, with all I have dealt with, I received no reassurance, not one call to check to make sure things are okay after my horrible experience. You'll have to oversee things on your own. I would avoid any complex that is managed by Knightvest because they are the worst management company you can ever deal with. If you are seriously thinking about moving here, do your research. Check to see who your neighbors are before you move in and have personal protection. Dig deep. I thought I did enough research but not enough. I was in a crunch so I had to find something quick, but after this experience I have had with my family, I do not feel safe here and I will be leaving as soon as the time comes.

Terrible customer service. They kept sending me in circles when I applied for the apartment , and when I contacted support, they were unresponsive and unhelpful." They took my deposit I would not recommend renting here I feel like they are all working together to take people money so don’t waste your hard own money trying to apply for these apartments
