Ward North American provided us with possibly the best relocation move we have experienced among the 7 we have done thus far. You can tell their staff goes the extra mile to secure and protect items during the packing process and they take great care in everything they do. Our driver was Anthony Johnson and he was fantastic. Thanks Ward!

Edward Castillo, Roger Suárez, and their crew did a phenomenal job packing, loading, hauling, unloading, and unpacking our household items. They are friendly, polite, and respectful. They covered our floors and padded all entry ways. They used ramps to save our main entries also. We had a lot of stuff (3300 sq feet), and everything was handled with care. Highly, highly recommend! Thank you!

Absolutely the best if you need to move! From the very beginning Ward North American took over everything coordinated with third-party crate team Packers and did a phenomenal job. This was the first time I'd ever moved to another state far away and didn't know exactly what to expect but the fact that I could rely on Ward North American and all parties involved helped ease some of the huge amount of stress that's involved with moving after many years to a completely different state. From the very beginning when Jim came over to look at everything and put an invoice together I knew I was in good hands. Paul who was the main guy of the moving van, was extremely helpful, very professional, yet very understanding especially with all the emotions I had leaving a place of 17 years, a city I'd lived in all my 60 years. It was just me and my dog moving, so I really had no help, and after six weeks of packing boxes and being completely worn out, I made the decision to have Packers come and do the rest. They were great, As was everybody involved, and I couldn't have done it without Ward North American! The communication from the very beginning was outstanding, and I was very appreciative of Paul and all parties keeping me advised of how things were going to be. A huge thank you to all how made this move possible, and while I hope I never move again, it's comforting to know that there is a company I can trust, and I would definitely enlist their help again! Thank you Ward North American!!!

Wow, these five individuals made this moving process SEAMLESS. What a LEADER *Marivel* is for such a FANTASTIC crew. This was our first time using Ward Houston; each of these individuals listed were SPEEDY, ORGANIZED, TIMELY, AND COMMUNICATIVE.
Moving is a stressful process, no matter how many times it happens. ALL CREW arrived when they stated they would, and also executed their tasks in a timely manner that felt flawless.
**Marivel, Daniela, Maria, G-Man, and Shorty** ALL contributed to this entire process being SIGNIFICANTLY LESS STRESSFUL than I could have ever anticipated.
THANK YOU so much to this amazing crew!!! I see why MARIVEL is such a great Crew Leader and human in general.
Everyone brought positive energy AND above all, absolutely PHENOMENAL WORK ETHIC. These individuals all deserve recognition, as this is truly a STELLAR group of people you have at WARD HOUSTON!!

Great work by Roger and his crew! They did a truck-to-truck transfer to move us out of our home in New Orleans on a narrow street. The crew was professional and courteous. Everything showed up on time and in good shape.
