I go there for the price not the service. They seem to be warming up to me the more they see me. Still have price conflicts with displays not matching up when checking out. Takes forever to get someone to check. Most people just leave it.

FEEDBACK for “Customer Service”/returns desk AND Zac + Nathalie:
It was about 12 PM, one of the weekdays a few weeks ago. The “Customer Service”/returns desk again had only 1 associate for a line of 10+ folks.
Asked associate @ entry/exit if they could call someone. Answer: “no. I can’t leave my post. I also don’t have a walkie.” —> Umm, ok.
Got of the line, entered store, & flagged down another associate, named Zac. They looked a bit like what-do-I-do after I presented the situation. I also presented a solution (FUNNY! I am not a paid Wal Mart employee!). Then Nathalie, this person’s colleague, shows up, as if I was “troubling” their colleague by calmly, quietly asking for OBVIOUS assistance @ the front returns/service center.
Got the SAME answer & NO resolution from Nathalie: “sorry, that’s the only person we have up at the service center.”
Asked to speak to the manager. Zac & Nathalie said they are the supervisors for that time. I pushed a bit & said, “surely you both have a manager or supervisor yourselves?” Finally, Zac calls for the 12 PM store lead. I waited there until the person showed up.
I forgot the 12 PM store lead’s name — whoever they were, THANK YOU. I felt listened to, the situation was remedied in under 5 mins, and I heard from you that the entry/exit associate should’ve used a store phone to call for assistance!
THANK YOU for sending Nathalie up to the Customer Service desk ALTHOUGH she could’ve CHOSEN to be professional & keep her obvious attitude on the side & step up to the role QUICKER.

The store in itself is actually quite pleasant, clean and organized. The treatment from the staff however, is somewhat questionable, especially if you’re black. Every time I visit this location I get a bit more than needed attention from the exact $15 same white make loss prevention employee. His color makes no matter to me because the only color that I focus on is green and that is what I bring every time to make a purchase. Perhaps my extra black skin stands out to him so much that he keeps his eyes on me and it’s creepy. Equally important I don’t steal and why would anyone from Walmart???? Get it Together Silber Rd., Walmart and learn how to treat all of your patrons

This isn't the closest location to me but I would rather have a little drive to get here. Store is clean and the employees have always been helpful and friendly.

Nice and clean BUT EVERYTHING IS LOCKDOWN AND THE EMPLOYEES DON'T HAVE THE DAMN KEYS TO ANYTHING!!! I WAS STANDING WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO HELP ME FOR 30 MINUTES AND NOTHING ENDED UP LEAVING!!
