I always have a good experience at this pharmacy. The pharmacy techs and pharmacists are very kind and helpful. I can get my prescription in and out in less than 5 minutes.

The staff can not figure out where masks boxes are there. There are no masks available to buy and when asked the staff just misguides . Even there is no Vitamin C powder pouches. Highly disappointed with the pharmacy. Needs better staff and better stuff.

Very, very inefficient service. They tell you that the medicine is ready and when you arrive it turns out that it is not there. Maybe it can happen a day but not always. Then you complain to the staff and it turns out that they get upset. I won't go to that pharmacy again.

The people in Pharmacy are just rude and don't care its ridiculous how you try your best to be kind and caring AND THEY JUST SUCKS THE CARING RIGHT OUT OF YOU!!!with there rudeness. Walmart get it together we don't need you guys you guys need our business we'll just take it elsewhere!! I plan on using a compound pharmacy. My husband is a diabetic so we spend plenty of money in pharmacy but now we're just tired of it because corporate doesn't seem to care that you guys get Soooooooo many complaints.

I live 5mins away from the store and I go in as many times as I need right I don’t have to buy all at once, but I noticed a Walmart member followed me to an isle at one point and then there is this short lady at the door all the time that looks at me like I’m a thief. Please stop all the harassment.

Completely incompetent staff that is unable to communicate weather they have a prescription ready or if they even have it in stock and changes their story each time you call them. On top of having to be on hold for 10 minutes each time I want to talk to a pharmacist. After 2 weeks of waiting I finally gave up and just transferred my prescription to a different pharmacy.

The pharmacy employees are super rude. The drive thru doesn’t work. Nothing happens unless you call the pharmacy from the drive thru. While on the phone one of the employees was super rude, she blamed my doctor for their lack of effort. She told me she would call my doctor and hung up on me without giving me time to answer or ask further questions. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else.

One of the least helpful pharmacy staff teams I've ever dealt with. My regular WM pharmacy was out of stock & sent my RX to this location. I live far away, & was running 5 min late, so while driving I called...they looked me up & said they could transfer my RX to a 24hr CVS. BUT, CVS HAD TO CALL THEM BEFORE 6PM. They wouldn't call CVS for me, they wouldn't help me find a 24hr location, nothing. It took me 3 tries before I found a 24hr CVS, and by then it was 6:02pm. The CVS employee tried to call this location anyway & despite knowing another pharmacy would be calling, they didn't pick up. If they had only taken a moment to help me out, I would have the medication I need. Is it too much to ask for them to make a phone call to help out a customer? I understand that 6pm is the cutoff...but their actions today showed no care or interest in helping me succeed.

Look, I am fully aware that nobody goes to Walmart for their stellar customer service, but at least sometimes you get a little lucky. Today, that was not the case. I drove all the way from Katy to get something that was showing in stock at this location on their website. So, let's start with the fact that only one entrance/exit is operating. I realize there is probably some post-covid explanation for this. However, forcing everyone to enter and exit through one confined vestibule at a time when we should still be distancing doesn't seem like the most brilliant idea. But again, we don't come to Walmart for their brilliant ideas either. Then, once inside I wander around the Halloween department looking for this Oogie Boogie greeter, which does say limited stock on their app, but I am unable to find it. So, in hopes that today might be my lucky day in the gamble that is Walmart customer support, I stopped and asked someone. I show her on the Walmart app what I'm looking for. She says she doesn't know and asks her coworker that's working with her, who then asks me what it is I'm looking for. I tell her I'm looking for a Halloween greeter, and she tells me I'll have to ask someone in the garden center. At this point I have already walked through the garden center and noticed that they're stocking Christmas stuff, but i figure, maybe they may still know, since a lot of the seasonal stuff does go through there. So, I walk back to the garden center and ask the lady there. She says they only have Christmas stuff and I should check in the front where all the Halloween stuff is. I tell her I checked already and was unable to find it, to which she replies "yeahhh, I don't know". And that is it. Nothing. Zero help. BACK IN MY DAY, when I worked in a grocery store, if a customer asked me where something was, I'd either A) Tell them which aisle it was on and where they could find it on said aisle (i.e. bottom shelf past the fruity pebbles) or B) tell them, "I don't know, but let me help you find it" to which I would either ask the manager or if I had an idea I would walk with them to the location and try to find it for them. Literally NEVER did I say, "Hmm I don't know. K, Byeee." And I say "back in my day", as if the ladies I asked were some young bucks that weren't around when I was a teenager, but I'm fairly certain that all 3 of these ladies were at least my age, but more likely older than me. So annoyed that I'm literally writing this review in my car while still sitting in their parking lot, watching all the people walking up to this door only to discover that it is closed and then proceeding to the other entrance where people are 100%, not even remotely staying 6ft apart.
