Called to see if they have my medication in stock, but stated that they cannot tell me. I am wondering if they just don’t care or they are just not wanting to deal with customers. I asked why and they hung upwithout a single word.

My family and I have always gone to CVS for RXs but recently had a few meds that CVS could never seem to get and really didn’t care about helping us. So I called around a ton and noticed that literally every single Walmart I called was over the top helpful and kind and so responsive to helping us even though we had never been to them before. The best customer service. Amazing. This location in particular has the sweetest staff. So professional. So hard working to find these RXs. And bottom line, treat us like we’ve been coming there for years. We are switching all our RXs over to them. Just can’t give them enough stars.

It was 6:51 pm on Saturday, a few hours ago my finger got hit with a nail gun, so I needed a tetanus shot, the Walmart Pharmacy team did an amazing, compassionate, and selfless job holding the doors so I could get a tetanus shot. Thanks so much Walmart Pharmacy team on Sat, Nov 4, 2023- I thank my God for you guys!!!

Came in for covid booster shot and flu shot ms Uyen was helpful and nice the shot was barely noticeable the wait very good enjoyed the experience would recommend

I have been filling my prescriptions here for about 4 months now, and thus far I must say, the staff is very friendly and very professional. I always get exceptionally great attitudes, and service from (no matter how busy) Manissa, Soa, Han and Angela. Thank you guys for making my visits, great!

I would give 1/2 a star if I could. I work in Baytown and for anyone who lives in Houston that can be over an hour. I arrived at the pharmacy at 7:02. There was a person in front of me who they told to stay, but would not get the medication I needed for my husband ,who just got out of the hospital the night before and had gone all day without pain medication because the home health didnt come until 6 pm. The worst part was the women in the pharmacy could be heard yelling at the other girl to close the gate. I know this review will not make a difference but I am a nurse and I would never turn a person away because I was about to go off duty. These people are suppose to be helping people during some of the hardest times of their lives. I pray that they never have to be in the situation that my family is in at this moment. I have been a customer here for 17 years, I will be switching to Walgreens.

I just had a very unpleasant experience here at this location.I was here yesterday 12/30 and I was told to come back in 45mins to and hour. About 20 mins I was called and notified that the medication I needed was not be available, to come back tomorrow. I understand it’s new year Eve however I was not told to come in before a certain time I was at work all day and arrived after ASAP, online the hours were open until 7. I showed up at 6:10 and was refused service by two people one of them was Christine. There was a person ahead of me that was leaving and I really needed the medication for my mom there who just had surgery. I understand wanting to leave on time especially during a holiday’s eve I work retail as well but I was baffled that a health care unit would turn down service like that not once but twice.
