I have always had good service here. There have been a couple bad moods behind the counter but nothing out of the ordinary in life. The dr.'s are awesome, even the NP's.

Been here waiting over a hour for my son to be seen we got here 11:45 (15) minutes early just to not be seen at our appointment time which was @ 12 it is now 1 and we are still waiting this is ridiculous why set up a appointment when they don't see you at the time of the appointment makes no sense SMH ?

I wouldn't even give this place 1 star...the waits are ridiculous hours every single time..not sure how they even made it through medical school..so outdated...do better

I love this clinic. Dr Saran has been my pediatrician for all 3 of my children for 13 years now. The online portal is great and helpful. Can even message the doctor directly with any questions or concerns. However, the appointment setting is quite frustrating. You have to call the office in order to make a proper appointment since it will show the Dr is booked 2 or 3 months ahead. But its no big deal I guess. Other than that the wait time is quick, the staff and other nurses are friendly and professional.

Dr Sandals is the Best !!! 6 STARS !!! Have had the privilege of having him look after my kids for 15+ years !!! Wouldn’t trade this man for any Doctor in Houston !! Make him your pediatrician today !!

Dr Clark has been my son’s pediatrician since he was born up until now that he’s 6. Great doctor always has a good attitude and answers all my questions. Only thing that could improve is the wait time in this office.

I love Dr.Mathews but they never have appmnts available for sick visits, my kids literally only come here for their annual visits/check ups. Other than that 90% of the time I have to take them to the urgent care for sick visits.

This pediatric clinic is awesome, all 4 of my kids go here and their doctor is Dr. Robinett she is amazing she makes my kids laugh she treats them good she's wonderful with kids.

This location is impossible to get ahold of. I was on hold for 40+ minutes and as soon as it starts ringing they answer and hang up. It’s the same cycle. I called back but now I’m on hold again I’m sure for another hour. So unprofessional.

My rating is strictly for the front desk !!! They never answer the phone.... I was just on hold for over 20 minutes. Then I heard them talking, told me nothing and put me back on hold... Just terrible... I always literally have to go up there just to ask my questions and make my appointments.... I have the app too before yall start talking about the online app. But I also have questions and and other issues that need to be discussed. The app can't help me with that... I mean really how hard is it to just answer the phone....

They are always very respectful and give great customer service. Dr. Saran is my son's doctor, and I love how she treats my son. The nurses and staff are also very great. When Dr. Saran is not available in a last-minute walk-in. I like that Julie (nurse practitioner) can step in and provide her time if available. My chart is also available for you. I can keep in touch with my son's doctor, ask questions, and schedule appointments if necessary.

Been taking my children here for a few years and no big complaints. My child was taking the STAAR test this wk and I had to get the earliest availability to see a PCP. I was able to schedule, but with a different PCP. We arrived on-site at 9:30am-9:40am. Our appointment was at 10:15am. After mostly waiting (1 hr in waiting room and 1 hr for PCP) we checked out at 12:30pm. Thats not the norm for us and the funny thing is I brought my boys the day before and literally sat 5-10 mins in the waiting room and Dr. Saran was quick and pleasant as usual which the entire process estimated a total of an hour. Conclude whatever you want.
