Staff refused to answer phone and placed on hold repeatedly

I don’t like this store because I came 1 hours for photo the pictures but I waited long time. And no someone come to help me. End then I don’t have the picture ??

This store deserves 0 stars . Management is a joke . Stay away from this store . Manager Caliduia is just clueless and had 0 customer service skills while store manager is even worse.
