Never again! I had my package rerouted here, big mistake. It took them 20 minutes to find what I kept pointing at the entire time (a Sephora package, that was under an employees purse or SOMEONE’S purse.. trying to steal much?) on top of that, one of the cashiers actually got upset with me because I held the line up and her words, verbatim: “Can you move so we can help the other guests?” When the other guests were already being helped by other cashiers while someone helped me. So of course I didn’t move. The cashier who helped took about 20 minutes to scan and bag two things AFTER she brought them to the counter (I ordered diapers for pickup). She seemed to be a little ticked that I came to pick up an order from the store AND a package. Between this experience and the horrible experience I had with the pharmacist (WORST PHARMACIST I’VE EVER ENCOUNTERED AS A NURSE AND A CUSTOMER) a week earlier than this incident, I gotta be dead to give this location my service again. According to other reviews, I’m not the first and surely won’t be the last.

Cashier refused to price match to the walgreens app. Policy says they can-- I worked for walgreens for the previous 6 years.

It’s unacceptable that the pharmacy at this location will put you on hold and then keep deputing you on hold for more than 30 minutes! This has happened to me multiple times with this particular location and they don’t even give you a chance to speak before putting you on hold they just pick up and rehit hold without saying anything. This shouldn’t be allowed.

I wish I can give this place no stars. I live in the area and it’s the Walgreens closest to my house. This is my second horrible experience but I’ve had plenty. My first experience happened right before Christmas. My Id fell onside of the register after waiting 15 minutes in line with one register open with 4 employees and they told me to keep calling back everyday because nobody wanted to take the time and explain to me it’s no way for them to reach my ID after THEIR employee dropped it. And today I waited 10 minutes for a manager to approve money for my chime. The cashier called her 3 times. I had no patience because I was in an Uber. Oh but I’m fed up with management at this location…GREAT STAFF management just poor.

After dealing with this pharmacy I'm hesitant on dealing with all Walgreens pharmacies. I can't believe I put up with so much over the last couple of years. They will not follow-up on out of stock meds. Customer service is awful. I received calls from staff explaining that my prescription is ready for pickup, but when I arrived it was not ready. They will close early forcing me to speak with the store manager to receive my prescription. The list goes on and on. I'm leaving.

Ever drive by here and notice it isn't busy? That's because the place is awful. Pharmacy techs are very rude, and it's nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone.

Worst pharmacy in Houston. After having the unpleasant experiences of having to deal with their pharmacy, myself and family members will drive anywhere in Houston except there. I can’t believe their upper management lets them ride with a 2.5 star rating.

Picking up a curbside order and there’s a person PARKED in the only curbside spot they have. Why is this allowed?? I am sick and wanted to protect others by doing curbside and now I have to go into the store!

Rude customer service. Didn't even give me my extra discount as I showed on my app. Then didn't give me my correct change and wants to tell me have a blessed day. As she knows the meaning. 1 star because 0 not an option

Horrible pharmacy. They have a voicemail system that doesn’t work for prescriptions because they have no way of checking it!! The lady at the counter actually told me this. So doctors are calling in prescriptions to a system they can’t use. Ridiculous. Also they don’t have a working drive thru for the pharmacy. Worst most unprofessional pharmacy I’ve ever walked into.
