I mortified went to the location this evening and as I was walking out of the store, this lady by the name of Latoya or Latonya, she’s an African-American lady, she’s about 6 foot eight, extremely angry, unhinged, unprofessional, and mentally ill. I don’t know who is hiring this person, but I am going to file a lawsuit against the store and look into it and contact the highest authority possible, there’s no way or reason a customer should be treated like this. I actually took a video of this woman threatening me, physical violence against me and tried to fight me physically I just couldn’t believe it. I thought she was going to charge me so I screamed at her back so she can leave me alone screaming isnt in my character. I can’t believe that I was harassed and threatened by an employee of this store and this is a representation of Walgreens. I’m contacting the Better Business Bureau. I’m contacting the highest authority possible. I’m going to file the police report and lawsuit. This is unacceptable. I advise no one to go to this location; it is ghetto, unhinged, and a threat to a human's physical well-being. This woman will literally try to attack you for absolutely no reason.

This is my Walgreens, I love how clean it always is! It’s very organized and the staff is always friendly! Every time I come in I’m always greeted nicely, key is a very nice person also, he’s always very helpful! Thank you

In this store I suffered from Xenophobia because of the manager. In fact he made fun of me with another customer. I went to make a deposit to my account that I opened with my credential and the response was that I am not a citizen and he asked me for a Texas credential. and I get completely upset.. Worst store I have ever had the displeasure of using. 10 months of misinformation, mistakes, lies, stupidity and total lack of accountability. I will go 2 miles away so I can get my medicine in a timely manner! 2 weeks without neurontins is pure hell I wish on no one!!! Get a better staff!!!

It is always an experience going to Walgreens. Since online prices are lower than in store prices, I bought vitamins on line. At the store, the sign for Bueno Choc Bars said 2/2 or 1 for $1.49. I wanted to purchase 2 but the register rang up $3.02. The cashier working on 2/15/23 @ 10 am could not comprehend the error even after I showed her the sign.
Yes, I have mad the correct decision by not choosing Walgreens as my Preferred Pharmacy.

unethical, unprofessional, discriminatory, uneducated, deplorable, judgmental 2 workers nato and luna/lunelle all while they are making minimum wage. These ladies the manager NATO or w/e and the older lady LUNELLE or LUNA light skin, orange hair, discriminated against me, and said I had a false ID when ive been using the SAME ID that THESE TWO workers forgot about SINCE I got my license in NC. They acted like they didnt know what a driver license looked like, they acted like they never seen an out of state ID or what it its supposed to read on a driver license, they tried to tell me its some new texas law which is a LIE, then the fat manager with the big belly, short bun and skinny legs called security and told them I had a fake ID and I was harassing others???? I have this ALL on VIDEO. THE SECURITY GUARD AND POLICE EVEN HAD TO TELL THIS MANAGER THAT I HAD A REAL ID SHE STILL WOULDNT LET ME BUY ANYTHING BECAUSE OF EMBARRASSMENT . THIS WAS EMBARRASSING.

Before 2022 this walgreen was awesome but now a days the worse people work here even the old staff also behave worst than the new staff because they learned the worst management from the new staff. I have been customers of this walgreen since 2018 but this is the first time having very harsh behaviors of the people . Hopefully the Houston City authority also close this branch like other were closed due their ill behaviors.. Sorry to say these things

Photo center is trash , Stated the order was ready for pickup . Waited at the photo station for between 10-15 minutes. Photo still wasn’t ready and they are trying to see how to put together my floating frame. This is beyond ridiculous and I am requesting some type of concession for my inconvenience caused by your Photo Department Management and Employees. Took so long, I’m now leaving and I have to come back because they don’t know how to put it together. Dissatisfied customer for sure.
