I don't really have any complaints. I'm glad that it's there because it's very convenient when I need it especially in the middle of the night, and it's close by.

The pharmacy staff are so unbelievably rude. They act like they are forced to be there. It takes 10 minutes for them to answer the phone and when someone finally does, they are rude as hell.

I waited 20 minutes in line for nothing because they weren’t taking passport photos. Nobody said anything.

Gave us an expired epi-pen and refused to exchange it for a non-expired one stating “all the epi-pens that we have are either expired or near expiration”. I spoke with a manager who basically gave the same answer.

I’m sure they don’t even read these but to the man working the photo counter just now, please don’t flat out tell a customer “no” like they’re stupid when asking for their order, that was supposed to be ready an hour ago, and then proceed to tell me that you have other work to do and come back tomorrow. I was picking up engagement photos and a canvas print that I was very excited to hang up. I know things can be busy at work, I’ve been there, and I would’ve understood if he explained that to me kindly. Take your business elsewhere.

The blondie cashier (I don't know his name) from today's morning shift treated me horribly.
I recommend the company make a adjustment to its employees. Attention is paramount and the customer is always right.
If I go again and he treats me badly again, taking into account how he does it, I will file a complaint for Homophobia.

One of the nicest Walgreens that I have been to. It looks like this Walgreens also carries plenty of Houston tourists' stuff that you can pick up if you are a traveler and would like to get some Houston-related souvenirs.

It is incredible how the staff of this store is completely indifferent to the calls made to them for assisted products, I spent 20 minutes waiting for the window to be unlocked to purchase a product and despite the multiple calls no one ever arrived! If I could give it 0 stars I would

They shouldn't hire unprofessional people to run the register. I made a long line and I left my items at the at the front with the gentleman at the register counter bc ive forgotten an item; however, I needed to get an additional item; When I came back the lady ( Layla) operating the another register screamed on top of her lungs," you have to go back and do the line" Are you serious? Why can't you ask politely? Aside from the fact than I am pregnant. Unprofessional, disgusting behavior. Oh and let's not forget when I made it to the front of the line and asked for her name, the gentleman told me they are not allowed to give out their names. Walgreens policy? I'll find out how much truth there is to that statement. Your treatment to a pregnant woman was trashy and I will never shop at your location again. You two should be fired. Walgreens should never hire people like you. Thanks
