I put a one star just because a no-star review isn’t an option. A lady that works there gave me horrible service. She did not allow my small child to enter and use the bathroom. And, yes, I did buy an item from the store beforehand. Yet, still, got completely ignored by the rude worker.

Buyer Beware!! I just cancelled a $50.00 OTC purchase because, apparently, this store is using a bait-n-switch scheme for OTC purchases. I looked carefully at the shelf labels and selected ONLY those items marked OTC and when I got to the register, only 2 of the 5 items rang up as OTC eligible. I told the clerk, I was not about to try to replace them since I cannot trust your OTC labeling which is very flawed. I left the store and immediately called the store to speak to the Mgr. who was "not available." I will inform my insurer as well as Walgreens corporate. I have bought several things OTC at this store; this is an entirely new scheme. This was also the case when I attempted to buy items using the Walgreens OTC website where I specified the store and OTC. less than half of the items I selected were OTC eligible although I specified "OTC" and my store and pick up. I will be copying this review to Walgreens Corporate. Totally unacceptable. I can always buy these items via my insurer catalogue or at another mechant but I thought this would be more convenient. It's not.

Technicians and customer service sucks. Had an express pass but no express line. When I asked the female technician she looked high and did not respond me back. The acting manager was contacted he was not facing me while talking to me because he had something to hide or maybe he was high too. Very irresponsible people in this location.

The pharmacy area 100% recommended, a boy named César served in an excellent manner, very friendly, quiet place, I recommend this place, excellent service, blessings

Pharmacy staff are horrible. Poor customer service and very rude. They think they are doctors and can decide if they want to give you medicine or not. Will tell you it’s not in stock, they can’t can’t accept Good Rx (HEB accepts), or that the dose your doctor prescribed is too high and then withhold giving you the medicine until, yep verified the Dr was right from the beginning and prescribed the correct dose. Pharmacy is supposed to fill the prescription, not play doctor. I will never get another prescription filled there again.
