My grandmother had just got out the hospital and we were trying to get her prescription filled as soon as possible. The tech stepped away and I was waiting to see if she needed anything else and she rudly came to the window and stated you can come in but you can't block the drive thru. First and foremost I was waiting to see if she needed anymore information or what was going on because of her vague statements. Your attitude nor statement was needed. If I wanted to go on that is what I would have initially done. Then when I go in the second tech asked if I needed anything and I said I was waiting and then she gets an attitude and says well you can sit down and wait, if I want to stand or walk around I can, worry about your job and getting the prescription out. I was more concerned about my grandmother in the car, so I didn't want to sit. So better

Walgreens is NOT open at 6am. It opens at 7:00AM.

I came here on Friday July 26th I had came from the Walgreens on Little York. I was a little upset because the cashier at the previous Walgreens had no customer service! I love this Walgreens at E Mount Houston. All the way from the Pharmacy to the front cashiers. The young lady at the picture counter who busy working, put her work down to come and help me look for a mouse (computer). She was so dedicated that she didn’t stop helping me til she found it. I feel bad that I don’t remember her name. Thank you for the best customer service after a horrible experience at your sister station.

The pharmacy tech needs a new career. She is pitiful and lazy. I will be filing a formal complaint with Walgreens corporate office. This is the second time she plays with peoples health. If my physician send over a prescription if its over the counter. They just dont advise you at all. The first time I had 2 prescriptions I go to pick them up and she gives me 1. I told herbitbis suppose to be 2. She said its over the counter. What happened to the techs pulling and bagging prescription even if they are over the counter. She also have the nerve to be rude and nasty. Now its time to get corporate involved. Im spending my money.

It was always great when I would go to this location. The Pharmacist Sean would be so helpful and attentive. The pharmacy tech is a sweet young lady. My medications were always explained and I felt very cared for at this location.
