Everything is so overpriced and usually out of stock. I came today to quickly grab something I needed and ended up standing in insanely slow lines. My “quick trip” ended up being half an hour because of how slow everyone is here.

Why, why is it so hard to find a pharmacy that 1. Has scripts ready on time 2. Won't argue with you when your mobile app says they are ready to pick up and 3. Say they are only going by the information they have. You know kinda like the app that said the scripts were ready.

Absolutely LOVE this location, especially the pharmacy! We used to go to the Kingwood Dr location but the pharmacy went downhill really fast after they forced Sarah (the pharmacist) out, so we switched to the Northpark location. Everyone is on top of things, knows how to actually fill prescriptions, and always so polite and friendly. We are so happy we switched to this location on Northpark!!!

I have never met individuals that care so little about working or their customers than the pharmacy folk at walgreens. I needed a prescription for surgery that they told me would be ready for them to tell me that it was out of stock when I picked it up. When I pushed back they "checked" and oh it is in stock. Just ridiculous

Be prepared to wait 15-20min in the pharmacy pick up line. They don't even care either. Ridiculous

I had such a devastating experience at the Walgreens at 2240 Northpark Dr. in Kingwood, TX. I asked my Doctor to send my prescription there because at my home pharmacy its always super congested and perscriptions take sometimes days to fill (CVS). Nevertheless, the people there are very nice. I went to this Walgreens, closer to home and I was attended by an older anglo woman who gave me the creepiest vibes. She was mean, and she was yelling my name and my perscription out loud to the other employees and she kept emphasizing that it was a CONTROLLED substance. I had to correct her and say that the medication she was referring to was an antidepressant and not a controlled substance. Then another anglo woman walked up to me and gave me a grimmace and dismissed me. As a result, I went online to report the incident. My perscription was canceled. My phone calls were ignored. I promise, literally let the phone ring for hours, until someone picked up and hung up on me. When I was there at the counter, there was other customers next to me being attended to. All white males and treated very kindly. I am new to Houston. I am a hispanic woman, born and raised in the US. I am also an educated professional. I was disgusted with the behavior and the feeling of what other people call "racism". The problem is that all the reviews are bad and NOTHING is done about it because they are white. If it was minorities being reported, they would be fired, arrested or shut down.

The pharmacists are excellent and friendly. Some employees in the Pharmacy are nice and efficient; others are slow to fill scrips and rude if you ask why. Staff: you are working in a PHARMACY. Your customers are usually PATIENTS. They need the scrips for whatever is ailing them —and often they are also in PAIN. So shame on you for snapping at a patient who has waited for hours and called three times only to be put off with sighs and promises of “20 minutes”. Again. As I write this—it is still not ready and I am still in pain, which is all I said to you when you rudely raised your voice after hours of my trying to get my scrip. Shame. On. You.I’ll find another pharmacy.

This is the worst PHARMACY I’ve ever been to. I waited on hold for 25 minutes. It happens every time. They will NOT TAKE your prescriptions from a doctor from another city. Do not waste your time. Use CVS on Kingwood Drive or use Kroger at the back. I will never ever use Walgreens again. #BOYCOTT

Kingwood deserves better! Where do they find the pharmacy employees?! All 5 of them don’t even make 1 good one! Absolute joke and a waste of time. You will severely regret using this pharmacy for anything!

Prescriptions running up to eight days late you’re out of medicine. Dr. Call in are disregarded. I stuck with them until about the fourth time. This occurred time to change pharmacies. It is the worst I’ve ever experienced.

Went to the pharmacy around 3:20pm and the medicine my doctor sent in earlier that morning wasn’t ready. Said to give them 15 to 20 minutes to get it ready, but I had to be at work at 4pm. She suggested I come back some time before they close at 10pm but I work overnights. She Suggested I get someone else to pick it up for me while I’m at work, I have no one to pick it up for me. So then she said I could come back the next morning and they’d have it ready for me. I come back the next afternoon at 1pm (not morning, I waited til the afternoon) I sit in line for 15 minutes and when I get to the window another girl tells me it’s not ready and to give them 15 to 20 minutes. I explain about the day before, saying I thought they would have it ready. She leaves and comes back with one of my medications (not both), doesn’t say anything to me, but takes care of it” and zeroes it out, hands it to me after I sign a paper, and says they’re still working on the other one, I have to come back in 15 minutes and wait in line AGAIN to pay for that one.I think they think giving me the first medication for $0 was helping me out for the inconvenience, but the medication they gave me for $0 is always covered completely by my insurance, so I never pay for that one anyway. So, I step out of line, and then have to go straight to the back of the line because by the time I queue behind all of these people, 20 minutes will have surely passed again.Never again will I send my prescriptions here, and I usually go once a week and buy beauty products, but I’m switching to CVS.
