Walgreens offers a range of services including prescription refills, health and beauty products, and photo printing. The store is appreciated for being clean and well-organized, with helpful and kind staff. Customers often feel comfortable and satisfied with the customer service, especially during busy times. One employee, in particular, was noted for going the extra mile to find a coupon, significantly reducing the cost of a prescription, which was highly appreciated. The pharmacy staff works hard to meet customers' needs, even amid challenges such as drug shortages and insurance issues. They are communicative and committed, doing their best to handle prescriptions that are on national back order. However, there have been some frustrations, such as a staff member refusing to sell toilet paper without signing up for their program, which left a negative impression. Additionally, the drive-through can sometimes suffer from poor management, but customers find solutions by visiting inside the store, where the staff continues to provide good service. There was also a complaint about communication failures related to prescription transfers, which caused inconvenience. Overall, Walgreens is seen as a helpful, organized, and caring place for prescriptions, health, and photo needs, with staff that often go above and beyond to help customers.
The gallon milk I bought from the store on 6/14 smells like diaper though it has expiration date 6/24. It’s really gross.

Told my 70 year old mom to go door to door and ask her neighbors if they received her medication by mistake... I want to believe they are just incompetent because I hope they would not hire hateful people to be responsible for peoples lives.

If you are just needing something quick in and out - good place for it. If you need a pick up at the Pharmacy- good luck
