Worse pharmacy after waiting more then 45 min in drive thru they didn’t even have my prescription couldn’t even call me to say that or a sorry!! Staff is very unprofessional!! Never again coming to this pharmacy!!!

The whole staff is messy, unprofessional, and ugly personality-wise and physically. The old light-skinned lady with the glasses is extremely jealous of young women because she short, fat, and ugly and a never-been; not even a good has-been. The old women that work at that store have the worse attitudes.

Rude rude rude staff ..ive been waiting on my diabetes refill prescription fr a week called yesterday fr them to tell me to call today i call they still dont have it ready i ask if i can have it transferred somewere else she says look you can call anywere else they will pull ur account up ? ..drive thru never open always always out of stock on anything and evrything

I went to Walgreens this afternoon and the customer service was amazing. A women named Marry working at the cash register was so polite. She’s help me set up an account with Walgreens and just had an overall pleasant demeanor.

The Pharmacist lady, African lady is rude. She doesn’t even look at you to talk. She shows no empathy towards the customers. She doesn’t look at you to even answer questions. She would treat patrons like that if she was working in another community.

I just had the worst experience I've ever had at a Pharmacy! PEARLIE is has an attitude problem, she's rude, disrespectful and slow moving. Why am I standing in line at a Pharmacy for 45mins? It's ridiculous... When I asked if someone else can help me she said no, she's doing her best. But when I told her that she is rude and doesn't respect people's time she was indignant about that comment started slamming stuff and saying she wasn't going to help me and took two people that were behind me... then the other girl came upfront to help. Which is what I was asking for the entire time!! Why couldn't she get help earlier when I asked... But once she had an attitude now she can get help. She doesn't deserve to work with customers her attitude is terrible and she's very rude/condescending. Doesn't she realize that the customer is the reason why she has a paycheck...?
