Went into store earlier browsed for stuff I was looking for. While checking out there was a person that just walked out with merchandise in their hands and wasn’t even stopped. I thought I was living in Houston Tx not California. Needless to say this was an inside job because I saw an employee prior to the incident being the lookout for this “ law abiding citizen”. I’m concerned to return to this location because I don’t know who is there to work or there to help steal

Made appointment online for vaccines and printed the paperwork, went to the pharmacy and again they put all the information in the system, they ask again and again same questions.... after 1 hour they call us back to put vaccines, nobody was on line, they take foooorver to do the things, at least they are nice but very slow

Called today aug 31st Thursday to the pharmacy department at 5:30,it’s now 6:05 and have been placed on hold 13 times barely able to say hello each time the young lady answered….still holding,it’s sad as hell and y’all need to do better.

Lying and saying my medicine isn't available when it really is Alize is the worst. She will try to find ways not to give medicine in the pharmacy. Just wondering why they decide to work in this field because they do not like people it's weird

I’m only at this location cuz the young lady at the dentist sent my medication ? to the wrong location. The techs ARE SLOW AF, and don’t know jack about customer service. The line is hella long and they’re moving like remedial turtles. I asked for a manager and they say”can you just have a seat please.” This location should be shut down!! Or get all new employees cuz these ones aren’t cuttin it. Nor do they seem to care to want to do better. I will be moving my complaint up the chain because this is beyond ridiculous!

The pharmacy people here are uneducated. The girl wanted to argue with me that Ativan/lorazepam is for anxiety. If she was educated enough she would know it's also for chemotherapy patients to treat nausea. Im not trusting this pharmacy with my daughters medicine anymore.

I called multiple times just for the pharmacist to hung up in my face repeatedly, I asked for her name & she didn’t wanna give me her name & she became more annoyed , from her voice I believe she was a black woman & she was totally rude ,

Is truly the worst service every time I call or pick up my prescription. Today I called to check on my prescription which they have had for a few days in process according to their app.. I spoke to a person by the name of Nancy Arellano, who at first tells me ''there no prescription in their system showing up for me'', I told her ''that's not right because I got the app notification the same day my Doctor office's had called it in, so I know for sure this Pharmacy receive the order''. Her tone in voice changed getting just plain rude and reposed by saying''Well your prescription not in, it's on back order''.I proceeded to speak to her in the same tone. ''So you are showing a prescription order for me''. Then I'm guessing her bipolar disorder kicked in and began to tell me that, ''I don't need to speak to her that way''. The last 2 minutes on the phone going back-and-forth of whom was rude first was completely childish and a waste of time. Bottom line getting any service or answers from any of the Walgreen's in Houston is like pulling teeth. I'm soo tired of dealing with the pharmacy staff. I'm transferring all my prescriptions to CVS or Kroger's.

I wish I could give this pharmacy location a negative 5 stars! Worst service slowest customer service and longest wait times inside store and especially drive thru!!! I do not know if it is a lack of support training or resources. I don’t seem to find this bad long service at other wal greens pharmacies but always this one! The Walgreens Executive Leadership team needs to sorted the need of this store location to support the people and the surrounding community it is trying and struggling to serve! Because it is truly struggling and the service that it is giving it’s customers is sub par at best!

4/11/22 I went in to pick up a medicine not covered by my secondary insurance. While trying to adjust the supply so I could afford it. The primary insurance rejected it. So the pharmacist looked up a medication covered by both my insurances and compatible to the other medication. There was none in stock so he called other pharmacies to make sure I did not go without a dose for tonight. He returned my call within 15 minutes. I have to say I am beyond grateful and impressed with his service going above and beyond with only my health in mind. I have been coming here for myself and my kids for years due to its proximity to my home. The service has been good. The staff polite and helpful. The longest delay has been waiting in line behind someone who like me was having serious issues with insurance. Today however it was my turn to be helped and they came through for me big time. As for the store itself the cashiers have always pleasantly greeted me and helped me find what I needed. I dont know their names but a lady with a short blondish haircut and a young man who wears glasses have excellent customer service skills. Very pleased i chose this pharmacy for my medication needs.

This is the first time in a long time I have had a positive experience here. Not that the service I normally get is at all bad, I know the area isn’t an easy one to work in. I’m not one to complain. I wanted to make sure that I gave the young women that was helping me her props. She was awesome. Her name was Allizea H, I’m sure I spelled that wrong. She went above to help me and was kind about it. She didn’t seem annoyed to help me out. I just really appreciate this. I wanted her and her employers to know how wonderful she was. I was having a terrible day and her kindness made such a huge difference. I hope her hard work is noticed. Not that the others working in the pharmacy are rude or don’t try their best to be helpful. I was just lucky enough to see this young women who made my day a little better.
