Pharmacy Sucks!! I was asking Pharmacist about my Diarreha medicine and the associate right next to her was hardly trying to control her laugh which was very visible from her facial expressions. Like really?? I could have escalated the situation really easily and ruin her day but I was in a hurry to pickup my prescription. Shame on her for embarassing a patient that has come to pickup his medicine while sick and she thinks that was funny. I wish you learn your lesson girl... sooner or later. Shame on You.

We visit this Walgreens locations quite often. It is conveniently located near areas we frequent often. We rely on Walgreens mostly for birthday cards, gift cards, or snacks. Sometimes they have cool items that we enjoy browsing. The staff near the door/check out area is always friendly. Sometimes when they are not too busy we banter back and forth for a moment. However, we prefer to take advantage of their curbside service. It is so convenient to wait for the "Items are ready" text/email and drive over. They have a large parking lot and designated curbside spaces. We typically don't use the pharmacy or photo department so cannot comment on the efficiency, intelligence, or friendliness of other departments. We will continue to use this location and hope you have a good experience when you need them.

Waste of time. Made an appointment for a blood test. Go to the appointment and they collect my information and then tell me they can’t do blood tests after 4pm. Waste of time when a simple phone call would have worked.

Could improve the logistics. Most pick ups are delayed due the local store bringing in inventory from Dallas. Need to have the local store stock the most common medications

Terrible service, this has happened to me twice now, at the counters they say a price, you scan some of the products in the app and others come out and then you go and pay for one and it's another, anyway one never beats the cashiers, in the end you pay one more than what things cost

This Walgreens isn't the best, but for a quick in and out, it does the job. The kid on the register was getting frustrated with an elderly couple who didn't speak English, and he obviously didn't speak Spanish. I helped him out and the elderly couple. Everyone left happy. The kid even thanked me. there was no need to thank me, kid. All in a days work. ?

Don’t use their photo service. I came in to get a passport photo done, and the girl that was in charge of photo today looked at me, rolled her eyes, and said “just my luck”. She then proceeded to pull the backdrop down in a rushed hard way. Woof! I told her she didn’t have to do the picture and I would get someone else. A complete disgrace. Terrible customer service from her. If you want to work here, grow a pair and be nice to your customers!

This Walgreens tried to make three transactions against me when paying a bill. I have gone to other Walgreens and been able to pay my bill at 1200.00 with one transaction. Either this person does not know what they are doing or This Walgreens is stealing people money by lying to their customers.

Got in line at 7:30pm at the pharmacy with one car at the window …ONE!!!!!!. Took 30 mins until I finally got to the window only for the pharmacist to close the blinds knowing we were the last car in line. Didn’t even bother to attend us. So unprofessional especially since we got in line before 8 and I know they saw the headlights… Not our fault they want to take forever on one customer. Ooh that was really messed up. I will be changing pharmacy asap. Will not recommended. Go somewhere else… cvs is close by.

I would give no stars if possible. The pharmacy ladies at the front are rude, Especially after going in and asking for a prescription status and being told by them it's better to go to Kroger or HEB, they told me to transfer my prescription to either one. Which I did, to only have them call me and tell me my prescription was ready. Walked back in to the pharmacy the lady told me it's been given to someone else because you transferred it out. Rude lady you told me to do that when in fact you did have my prescription. Some really rude with attitude people work there. If you don't like to tend to customers FIND YOURSELF ANOTHRR JOB NOT IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. Your job will never get easier when you're rude. Never going back to walgreens store or pharmacy.

Don't go to this walgreens. Don't bother with the appointment time, even if you arrive 15 minutes early and sit behind 2 cars, they'll forget to do your paper work and go back around to get it ready and sit behind 2 cars..AGAIN!I still don't have my results, im pretty sure they're still sitting in the pharmacy waiting to get mailed. Test taken on 10/22. Go somewhere else!
