This review is about the pharmacy. So many times, I’ve got an attitude from the people that work in the pharmacy, including an eye roll from the pharmacist, I don’t feel like I’m difficult in anyway and when I drive up to the window I’m already on guard because I’m so worried that I’m going to say or do something wrong and then I’m going to get attitude. MAny times I’ve wanted to leave a bad review but it’s happened so many times there’s no point…However Evangelina who helped me today, was like a breath of fresh air. She was so sweet and so thorough. I didn’t have any questions. She was quick and didn’t cause any problems or have an attitude. She was very very sweet. I really appreciate her. I hope I get her every time.

This location is ridiculous. Anytime an order is placed online it’s always delayed. The employees are always rude and they can never seem to keep a manager for more than 2 months. It’s a joke. Go down the road to the location on Egret Bay, they even stay open later.

This location is a joke. It's just ridiculous how the employees are rude and don't seem to care about getting your prescription refills complete. I waited for my daughters refill for three long weeks because they kept giving me the runaround. This location can never seem to keep a steady manager or employees for that matter. I will start visiting the location on Egret Bay from now on and they even stay open later.

I don’t have any photos, sorry, but I just wanted to say that I stop into this Walgreens quite often and one of the defining characteristics of this location- is it’s people. Every time I go in, the employees are welcoming and helpful. Not always the experience these days- they deserve a shout out for their friendliness and service. Thank you!!

The staff was lovely, but corporate switched them to a new prescription fill service that cannot seem to get meds there on time. If you are filling a life saving prescription, go elsewhere. If you can miss a few days of pills, they will work.

Pharmacy at this location is terrible. Save yourself trouble and just get your prescriptions elsewhere. Sams and Costco is a million times easier than this place.You will get an email saying your prescription is fulfilled, it’s not.If there is two cars ahead of you in line then you will be there for at least 45 min ever time.

This is probably the worse Walgreens I’ve ever used for their photo and prescription services. They are understaffed and exhausting to deal with. Everyone I’ve encountered here don’t give a F about getting your Orders are ready on time.

The pharmacy is ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! They wait until you show up to fill your prescriptions every time - and this as been multiple times for me. More than once I have had a prescription that they didn't have stock of and they would wait until I was picking up for me to find out and then tell me I need to call around to see who has it vs trying to look for stock at other stores. The techs are rude every time regardless of how slow or busy they are. Also once they provided the wrong type of medicinal dispenser and told me my dr's dosage would put my child in the hospital. When I addressed with dr, she disagreed saying it wasn't true and the correct dosage. Walgreens has absolutely lost my business completely after multiple experiences with the same issues. I will be moving to H‑E‑B where they have a much happier staff and better communication.

No one in the pharmacy knows what they're doing and you're left on hold for 20+ minutes and told your dr office is wrong not them, even though it is was them that was wrong the whole time and now the prescription that I need bc I just had surgery is being prolonged even longer because now they they fixed their end they're taking lunch.

I came here for passport pictures and waited for 30 min to get them only to see it’s all blurry and than he took pictures again and asked me to come back in 20-30 min which was strange as everywhere else it takes only 15 min ,I jus knew he was very slow and kinda lazy ..I jus told him I will pick up next day and he said k ..I went the next day and they cukdnt even find my pictures the mangers came to check and said oh we don’t have a picture here on the computer as well and was very mean ,she wasn’t even sorry for their mistake and asked me to take another picture and I jus got my refund n left ..bad bad customer service

Made a 10 am appointment for the latest and greatest COVID Bivalent vaccine, ooh boy what a mistake, there are two lines one for COVID and the other line for pickup/orders but only one person working the line so the line builds up.Then when it's my turn the computer messed up it can not pull out the pre filled out forms questionnaire about your medical history that I filled out in advance. Okay then, was informed by the manager that I have to do it manually, ok no problem I said, will do it manually, waited @10 minutes for the blank form that needs to be filled out. The reason being was the manager took a break with out letting me know and just took off without giving me the form, could have filled it out while he was on a break. Another issue the supposedly manager keeps on asking me my insurance, have to tell him twice that you don't need my insurance since it's a free shot, hello.Finally he agreed not to get my insurance info.May be that's the reason why he took a long break with out informing the other personnel/ Pharmacists to hand me the form that needs to be filled out.
